It is rare that I am not happy about how I was treated in a hotel. We stayed at this hotel 2 nights and i had rented 2 rooms. Everything went well the first night. The second night, we arrived late from our full day activities. We learned that there were not hot water but the problem would be resolved in the morning which didn`t happen. We left the place after being told that we would get a refund. We did get a refund but it was not enough. I had 2 rooms so we expected to get a refund for both rooms. We rent hotel rooms to sleep well and have great showers in the morning and night which we didn`t have the seond night. I thought Wyndham organisation would be more professionnal but when I tried to reach them, I coudn`t get anyone to talk to because they couln`t process my calls. I tried to call them many times. Hope they will treat their customers better in the future.
