"I had 4 suites booked. A 21st birthday and 40th on the same day. Happy with the location and what was available in the hotel. But. Bar was closed early, bathrooms were good but grouting was a little under kept and my biggest disappointment was breakfast. Took nearly 40mins for an eggs Benedict. Was a bit disappointed with that due to the amount I spent on rooms. Sorry for the critical feedback, other than those few bits. Parking was easy, check in time great, staff good."

"Everything was as expected except for clenness - the cups and spoons were not cleaned, there were stains of coffe or tea from the previous stay, we washed them. The most terrible part was bathroom: - there was a stainfull unwashed towel on the bathroom floor as we entered the room but even worse was the shower cabin. It was all slippery from the previous person’s shower and lots of short shaved hairs - all in all, the room was ok but the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. One more thing to mention would be a lot of noises from other guests which explains the poor sound-proofing of rooms."

"No complaints about the hotel itself as we have stayed there before but unfortunately we got very little sleep due to our room being opposite ‘The vineyard’ which used to be a normal wine bar and now has music on until 3am ! And it was extremely loud. Even though our windows had secondary double glazing you can clearly hear the tunes! If you stay and are a light sleeper I would suggest a room at the back of the hotel. If you are young and going to be out anyway it won’t be an issue."

"On the whole the hotel was lovely, the staff very helpful. The downside for me was the shampoo was up high for people having a shower, so when in the bath I could not reach, it was screwed in so I could not bring it down to the bath. Having not long had a hip replacement standing up in the bath to reach the shampoo was not an option. There is no air conditioning in the room, there is a fan, but it did not cool the room. I hear that the hotel is going to be under new management at some point this year and they will be refurbishing the rooms, so hopefully they will install air conditioning. Also, there was no safe in the room for valuables. The breakfast was a buffet style, and was warm not hot, and with the air conditioning on, the food went cold which was a shame. We did dine one evening and the food was really nice. We used the pool facilities and jacuzzi, very nice experience. I loved my room it was a good size, massive bed, and a fridge, which was handy for cold water etc. If you needed extra tea, milk etc the staff would sort it for you."
