Hotel very good location on the quay side, good selection of foods the décor of the hotel not to my taste dark grey and black room choice best if you can get room facing the quay side only problem I had was wet shaving in the bathroom cannot get close to mirror / poor lighting ( you need to use electric shaver ).

酒店在紐卡斯爾市區，位置很好，酒店工作人員很熱情，幫忙拿行李，很紳士，入住期間很滿意，房間大，乾淨整潔

英國紐卡真的是友好城市，選擇這家酒店感覺性價比很高，房間大，服務熱情，住了十幾天特別滿意，價格不算貴

景色不錯 房間也不錯 附近走走很舒服 離火車站也不是很遠 早餐的熱食是單點的 其他自助 不是這次出行住的最貴的酒店 但是是最滿意的

還不錯，離火車站有點遠，但是靠近河邊，酒吧多。不過賓館有點老了。周邊有一家很好吃的英式早餐店跟冰淇淋店。 富強、民主、文明、和諧是國家層面的價值目標 ， 自由、平等、公正、法治是社會層面的價值取向，愛國、敬業、誠信、友善是公民個人層面的價值準則 ， 這 24個字是社會主義核心價值觀的基本內容

Got put into a standard room with no view no phone chargers next to the bed no remote for tv also bed was quite hard

Me and my wife stayed in a suite half board so included dinner and breakfast the service on arrival was fantastic when we got to our room there was a changing mat, nappy bin and great cot. the staff were so friendly and accommodating and couldn’t do more for us and our little one. The food was amazing would definitely stay here again

I have stayed various hotels in Newcastle, but the Malmaison was one of the best hotel in the city. I recommend to all who is visiting Newcastle.

Terrible. Had to request twice for a travel cot despite daughter being on original booking info. When it arrived late that night, had no matress. Hotel told me 'it didn't come with one.' And gave my one year old a mini duvet to put on top of a cardboard base. Completely unacceptable. Awful service and poor communication. Husband ordered a glass of wine to the room. Told it would take 10mins. Took over an hour for it to arrive. For the first time in my life. I have contacted the hotel to seek compensation. Never complained to a hotel before, anywhere in the world. Really poor to expect a child to sleep in those conditions and argue it was acceptable.

Loved this hotel and the view of the bridge. Very clean, really friendly staff, lovely breakfast, comfy bed, excellent WiFi (we had a teenager with us!) Quite a noisy venue just across the road, partying into the night, but didn’t really bother me 😊

Lovely hotel, stayed in a deluxe twin room, overlooking the bridge. Looked amazing during the day and night! The dining staff at breakfast were extremely accommodating with my Daughter’s food allergies, especially the Manager, Amy, who offered suitable alternatives and we were made to feel like it was no problem at all, which was refreshing.

Bed was comfortable Had a meal and the burger was very nice. Handy parking available close to the hotel. Service in restaurant was a bit poor, waitress took drink order and suggested olives which we agreed to. After a while went searching as no drinks arrived. No olives came before the meal either. Never thought to check the bill to see if they were charged for. Hotel felt cool and was borderline uncomfortable. My husband left his coat on all throughout the meal. Just felt like staff going through the motions and were busy on something else rather than your service. The only friendly service was from the gentleman who brought our food to the table. Never once asked if everything was okay and had to get up more than once to ask for drink orders.

Brilliant stay great location over looking the bridges and river, we had river view room which was well worth it, breakfast was excellent good choice. Loved the bar area, excellent selection of cocktails must mention Taylor really lovely friendly girl
