Ulasan Xi'an Xingchen Hotel

Ruangannya besar sekali, konsep ruangan di komunitas, AC-nya tidak terlalu berangin, saya buka penutupnya dan cuci sendiri filternya sebelum udara bisa mengalir. Saya membuka jendela sepanjang malam hingga dini hari sebelum cuaca menjadi lebih terang. Layar proyeksi raksasa merupakan keuntungan dan lokasi akomodasi sangat bagus dan nyaman. Dekat dengan Gerbang Yongning dan Anda dapat melihat pertunjukan cahaya.

Really big room in a good location close to the walled city, but hard to find the reception, needs to be better signposted.

Location is really good once you find the place. Can be difficult to find your room if you are coming in late and harder if mandarin isn’t your spoken language. Staff tried to help as much as he can. We changed our rooms which were in different building. Both rooms toilets smell really bad with slow water flow and suggest buildings having sewer issues. Toilet floor is slippery and can’t be rated R9. It’s a slip hazard and i will suggest coat of anti slip to prevent accidental incidents. Rooms are otherwise comfortable and you get what you pay for.

Excellent location in the city center near many shops and restaurants and shopping centers like SKP, Saga, etc. It is actually an appartement with enough space for the family.

This is the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. It is a condo unit in a local residence building whose facilities (elevator, lobby, etc.) are messy and dirty, but still acceptable. The main problem is the room. The shower has no separator from the rest of the washroom, causing water stains and mold to grow all around the rest of the washroom. The toilet has a fancy looking but low quality toilet which flushes at seemingly random times, including when you’re using it. The kitchen is filthy, with black stains all around the sink. The woven stools smell of rotting fish, but are somewhat comfortable. There were 3 pairs of slippers for our family of 4; however, one of those pairs had 2 left shoes. After informing the front desk, we received an extra pair, but they did not replace the pair of left shoes. On the second night, the water cut out while I was showering. To prevent the shampoo from getting into my eyes, I had to use our bottled water to wash off my face. On the final day when we were checking out, reception offered a cashback for us to leave a good review. Needless to say, would not recommend.

交通方便，距離地鐵2號線幾分鐘距離，房間很大，適合家庭親子游

房間很大 特別夠用 對面就是合生滙很方便 電視投屏也挺快的總體滿意啦

房間乾淨整潔，客服熱情，房間乾淨，離城牆近出行方便，非常好

방이 매우 넓어요. 그리고 깨끗합니다. 다른 사람들은 실제로 이곳에서 살고 있어요. 그래서 조용히 사용해야합니다. 광장과 가까워요.
