Excellent accommodation! Especially with a short minute walk to St James's Park. This was my 3rd time travelling to Newcastle and I've stayed with the Premier Inn all 3 times

Room was not very clean with dirty clothes under the bed and rubbish mattress.pillows rubbish. The room had dirt under the beds bathroom was freezing cold.was a lovely big room a bit dated but it was dirty,stayed for a relaxing weekend and it was spoilt

Stranded transport north stoped. We made a late night phone call and were helpfully booked in. We were given a choice of rooms and took the Acessable one because it had a bath. Breakfast was very impressive and comfortable, as was a friendly checkout.

Stayed here coming up to Xmas with my wife to take advantage of Newcastle's offerings. The hotel is excellently located for a city centre base. Room was very nice and tidy with everything I'd expect. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

We had a great time at this hotel, we had 5 double rooms as were meeting up with family members. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, Great location, plenty of places to eat, Yes i would stay again.

Staff are so friendly and happy to help. Rooms so warm and cosy, no noise and relaxing. Breakfast amazing. Choice is huge. Based in centre of Newcastle City Centre you are close ti everything. Eldon Square across Road, Wetherspoons few doors away along with shops all around. Fabulously close to everything especially if you have disabilities.
