We chose the hotel for the second time this year, and it did not disappoint. We received the same attentiveness and carefree rest as the first time. Maintenance and renovation also took place in the time between the two occasions, which I can confirm, as we requested and received the same room both times, which we were pleased with. We almost came home, we felt at home. The staff is wonderful, conscientious, self-sacrificing. They are extremely attentive, we asked for and received a refrigerator and microwave. We love its location, its surroundings are calm, safe and spacious. Shopping and transportation options are easy to solve, with Hudson Jersey in the background it's beautiful. Thank you for letting us spend Christmas with you, we already want to go back! Grateful thanks!

This hotel was in a great location for things like exploring the Chelsea neighbourhood and visiting the Moma art gallery! I really liked the vibe as there was a terrace outside that always had people sitting chatting, dining and having a low key good time. There were also lots of nice restaurants in the area! The room was lovely too!

This is my first time staying at a hotel in New York. My daughter likes it very much. The location is excellent. The price/performance ratio is very high. The room is clean and tidy. The big bed is very comfortable. It is close to the subway station. I will come again next time!

The room was spacious enough for New York, and the floor was wooden except for the bed area, which was nice. The staff was friendly, and the location was right in front of One World, so it was perfect for traveling downtown.

Everything was excellent. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos and the cleanliness was very good.

Super small room with great location and comfortable bed in the heart of Financial District Manhattan. The location is superb and very close to subway station (Fulton street) and any other restaurant, mini mart , shops etc. The lady in reception was attentive and effective, also the man in reception when i've checked out in early morning was helpful. The only main downside was the room is relatively super small. i'am a solo traveler with 1 size checked bag and 1 size cabin bag apparently the room already overwhelmed with those luggage. Wondering if i was travelling with partner. The bathroom is clean and modern but the water power in shower was weak.

The room was really good, perfect fit for 2 people and medium luggage. Proper amenities inside the room including coffee machine. The bathroom quite big and well separated wet and dry area. The location is 20-100 m to all subway lines, very convenience for visit most attractions.

This hotel is 5 mins away from Charging Bull and NYSE. Train station is also very near. Walking distance to take Ferry to Statue of Liberty. Supermarket is also very near.  However, room is small and partition is thin. When next room closed the room door, can feel my room shook as if a mini earthquake. Next thing is there are only 3 lifts shared by 44 floors of rooms. If rush for time, better to take the lift earlier.  Due to the very expensive land in NYC, I have to scarifice room space for convenience.

The location is good and convenient. There is a PATH next to it to go to the island. There are also many restaurants nearby to choose from. You don’t need to worry about running out of food! ! Highly recommended!

Everything went great Booking was through Bucking with full prepayment On settlement took a deposit - returned it 10 minutes after the check out The hotel room is huge, which is very convenient if you come for a couple of weeks and sometimes want to spend a good time in the room , resting from the city's turf. Big TV, maybe old, but the quality of the picture is good we watched the movie through hdmi wires with a laptop (wire always carry with you) Leaving a suitcase without settlement costs 10 dollars a day, we left 2 days before settlement, which turned out to be cheaper than storage services, as to us there was evening settlement and services would count three days. In the rooms all super - in addition to the large space of the room itself, I will note a spacious shower cabin with a leak for the shower (which is important for tourists from Europe and the CIS), the presence of a dressing room and a safe. In the rooms didn't have enough glasses, but we asked for a receptacle and we were given a single dish - glasses and spoons. Wayfay works great! The staff was kind and responsive In the room there was a cool air conditioner not giving heat, and on the contrary, the cold air (though it was turned off), but we fixed it by the fact that we put the heater right at him and he warmed the air, making the temperature in the room comfortable! The heater was already in the room. The location of the hotel is also excellent, it is a quiet area, with a few minutes of Grand Terminal, and in step-by-step access all the key attractions of Midtown. From the hotel it is convenient to get to all places, not far from the Ferry stop, from which you can swim to the Brooklyn and Wall Street areas Definitely we will return here again, especially if there is no price increase
