Hotel ini berada di tempat yang sempurna. Untuk apa yang kami bayar, itu benar-benar sempurna. Tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman dan semua staf sangat ramah. Satu-satunya hal yang bisa saya katakan adalah bahwa check-in agak tertunda, tetapi karena musim Natal, ada yang menangani hal-hal ini. Agak bising di pinggir jalan, tapi sekali lagi, di situlah letak hotel. Saya pasti akan merekomendasikan hotel ini. Kopinya enak dan cangkirnya berguna. 😅

Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang sempurna di NYC, 10 menit berjalan kaki ke Times Square dan Huston Yard. Apa lagi yang bisa Anda harapkan?
Dan di sebelah hotel terdapat stasiun bus yang sangat nyaman
hotel itu sendiri kecil tetapi memiliki semua yang Anda butuhkan untuk menginap di Manhattan yang mahal dan semuanya baik-baik saja! Sangat disarankan karena sangat hemat biaya!

Yang saya pesan adalah kamar King, tetapi saya mendapat kamar dengan tempat tidur ganda; dan saya tidak menyadarinya sampai keesokan paginya. Gadis resepsionis meja depan tidak baik sama sekali.

Lokasi adalah yang terbaik, tepat di seberang terminal otoritas pelabuhan. Sangat dekat dengan Times Square.
Kamarnya agak kecil, tapi itu standar Manhattan. Kebersihannya luar biasa.

Very convenient to get around NYC with public transport nearby. However, most of the attractions are walkable. Gym room facilities is acceptable. We are pleased with the paid buffet breakfast on our 5th & last stay, many varieties. All staffs are very helpful. I think the vending machines should place at lobby to easy excess.

This hotel ruined our trip to the U.S. They canceled our booking when we checked in then charged us twice. It took about a month to rectify the overcharge. We stayed 7 different hotels over the summer and this is the only hotel which gave us so much trouble.

Hotel is located very near Times Square, within walking distance. Room is very small, even for 2 people. My friend and I knocked into each other several times like bananas in pyjamas while trying to navigate across the room. We practically had to jump
over our opened suitcases like ninja warriors as there was simply no space.

Location location location… excellent midtown location with 6-8 minutes to Times sq. Sebastian was nice, smiley and courteous, they were also nice to check us in early. That’s one for them and we appreciated it!
Other than that, not too much of interaction with the staff, not even some general hellos… but that’s ok, don’t really mind. When it comes to cleanliness and service, that’s where you should take some notes because it’s their weak spot…
we stayed for three nights. Family of five. We got a relatively clean room. The next morning I left a nice tip for the cleaner. The result were: sheets tied and that’s it… no new towels, no toilet paper, nothing. I had to call twice to get those towels. The complimentary water bottles are purified water so if you’re not into it, take it into account. That’s it. If you don’t care about cleanliness or service, the location is perfect
