Kamar mandi di hotel ini sangat kecil dan kecil sekali, yang luar biasa. Untuk sesaat sungguh menakjubkan betapa kecilnya keraguan itu. Lokasinya sempurna, tidak jauh dari situ ada Time Square. Manajernya sangat kasar dan tidak sopan, AC menyala sepanjang malam, mesin suhu tidak berfungsi, tidak ada lemari es, dan katanya sudah termasuk sarapan, tidak ada sama sekali, tempat tidurnya sangat kecil dan pendek, bersih.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms are dirty, old and falling apart. It looks like if you touch something it’s going to break. Bathroom shower gets floated. You can not control the heater in the room. It was like 90 degrees. You don’t have ventilation. Front desk never answer. The whole place looks like a cheap motel. STAY AWAY!

There was no mini fridge for the price charged. One of the bulbs in the lights were broken. The windows werent sound proof so u hear every siren and traffic noise outside. No outlets by the side of the beds on the walls.

Subway and citi bikes are easily approachable. The place is safe. Hot water is always available for shower. Good air-conditioning. When checking-out, make sure to get it done a bit early since elevators are a bit slow.

We had a wonderful stay, perfect location and everyone was so nice!!

The Gallivant Hotel was overall an “ok” experience. Their website indicated they had a fitness room. When I got there I found out it was closed for repairs. Then I got up to my room only to find a room that was not air conditioned, even though I was told they had air conditioning. Ended up being moved to another room where there was air conditioning. They are currently installing air conditioners in all the rooms. The shower was the best part of the room!! Service overall was good in spite of no fitness room and having to change rooms. The location is VERY good, especially if you are wanting to experience a lot of theater! Also, in spite of some inconveniences, the price was very reasonable for NYC in midtown. I might come back. Maybe in a few months the fitness room will reopen and all rooms will be air conditioned.

Fine, clean. Room had NO air conditioning (this was disclosed in the fine print, though) so it was suffocating. Room had no fridge, microwave, just barebones safe. The elevator was hilariously slow taking around 5 minutes. Location was perfect for any late night restaurant bites.
