Kamar mandi di hotel ini sangat kecil dan kecil sekali, yang luar biasa. Untuk sesaat sungguh menakjubkan betapa kecilnya keraguan itu.
Lokasinya sempurna, tidak jauh dari situ ada Time Square. Namun, Anda akan terkejut: di tempat makmur seperti Times Square, terdapat sebuah hotel kumuh yang indah yang tersembunyi... Sungguh bangunan yang kumuh.
Check-in di hotel hanya pukul 15.00, tapi untungnya kami bisa check-in sekitar pukul 13.00, lumayan bagus.
Penitipan bagasi saat check-out dikenakan biaya US$ 3. Ya, sebenarnya biaya US$3 bagi tamu hotel untuk menyimpan bagasi mereka?
Ada banyak tempat menyenangkan di New York. Jika Anda tidak bisa keluar untuk minum Starbucks, jangan bosan di kamar.

The Gallivant Hotel was overall an “ok” experience. Their website indicated they had a fitness room. When I got there I found out it was closed for repairs. Then I got up to my room only to find a room that was not air conditioned, even though I was told they had air conditioning. Ended up being moved to another room where there was air conditioning. They are currently installing air conditioners in all the rooms. The shower was the best part of the room!! Service overall was good in spite of no fitness room and having to change rooms. The location is VERY good, especially if you are wanting to experience a lot of theater! Also, in spite of some inconveniences, the price was very reasonable for NYC in midtown. I might come back. Maybe in a few months the fitness room will reopen and all rooms will be air conditioned.

Trip.com cheat to the people I was been charged unreasonable amount when checked in to the hotel but I did paid full amount online at the time of booking upon reporting to the company they just said sorry and did not even refund me the money paid online

Fine, clean. Room had NO air conditioning (this was disclosed in the fine print, though) so it was suffocating. Room had no fridge, microwave, just barebones safe. The elevator was hilariously slow taking around 5 minutes. Location was perfect for any late night restaurant bites.
