Hotel location was fine. As expected, hotel room in New York are rather small. Room was clean. Breakfast was very simple with very little choices. Hotel was very crowded but the lifts are rather slow

I would like to say a big thanks to Jeffrey and all other front desk staff in the hotel as they are all very kind, helpful and professional. Due to the flight delayed, I have to change my check in date and time and Jeff was able to let me check in earlier with an upgrade room. On my check out date, it was a heavy rain and the front desk was kindly offer me the support for transportation. In addition, the location of the hotel is great as it only takes 5 to 10 mins walking to subway station and Times square, which us excellent. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel as it's really value for money with great services.

The hotel is in a great location and convenient for travel. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to Pennsylvania Station and only 10 minutes to walk to Times Square. What surprised me most was that there was a microwave in the room. For our Chinese stomach, it was really considerate to be able to transfer some hot water or heat something up! The waitress came to clean the room every day, and the service was pretty good! Ice lemon water was provided in the lobby every afternoon, and coffee was provided free of charge in the morning!

I took the train from the airport to Penn Station, and it was a short walk from there. The location was great, close to Times Square. The hotel staff were kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying! It gets busy, so I recommend going first thing in the morning. The shower had a door, was clean, and the amenities were good. They also quickly arranged for a shared ride from the hotel to LaGuardia, which made it easy to get there. I would recommend this hotel to Japanese people looking for a hotel.
