Sour reception, lazy , 1 milliliter of cheap shampoo

Very inexpensive compared to other hotels BUT you get what you pay for. Rooms are nice size but dirty and pillows are old and you only get one but bed is comfy. No coffee maker and bathroom is filthy and no wash clothes and only two towels. Reviews said bugs but I haven’t seen any yet. They also won’t take your luggage early and require a 60 dollar cash only security deposit. Won’t be returning but have to stay another night. Hope I don’t see any bugs.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with this hotel here. I stayed in a "deluxe" room in that hotel during my vacation for 6 days between October 26, 2022 and November 1, 2022. I booked the room because the price seemed reasonable for New York and the location is not too far from Manhattan. However, the room was disappointingly dirty and dusty, and there were bugs on the floor, which looked like cockroaches. Every single evening when I came in and turned on the lights they were crawling on the floor. I have not expected perfect quality of this hotel and was just looking for a modest place to sleep during my trip. However, sharing a room with insects is just a no-go. Reading the other reviews now, I can see that other guests complained about the same issue as well. I suppose if the room has been just kept clean regularly there would have been no bugs. Even though the hotel price was o.k. in comparison to other hotels in New York, I still cannot rate this place with more than one star. There are just certain basic things such as bugs which are not acceptable. I can't recommend that hotel to anybody. Better stay away.

Absolutely not as advertised on ********** Very questionable location in bad part of town. Desk clerk was behind bullet proof glass. Demand cash deposit upon check in. Room had female hair all over floors. No was clothes or hand towels in bathroom. Called front desk and no one answered. I had to eat more than $600 for a two night stay they refused to refund me. Definitely they false advertise their hotel and ensures they get your money no matter what, even if you check out just minutes after checking in. Definitely read the reviews before booking this place!!! I’ll never make that mistake again 😞

They lied about the parking when I called before booking. Then I have to cancel the booking when I found out that there was no parking, and I was charged the cancellation fee even though it wasn’t my mistake. I was ready to pay the parking as it’s always been like that in NYC, but they lie to people just to get paid. *********** didn’t even care helping me to do the refund. I had to book another hotel while I lost this booking money. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone this hotel who lies about the facilities.

My room had bedbugs in it. I had spots all over my body when I woke up... I could not believe it. I found out later someone else had the same problem on another floor. This hotel is DIRTY. I asked for my money back and they said I could get a new room or cancel my reservation and they couldn’t do anything else about it. The price is low for a reason. Don’t find out the hard way

hôtel cher par rapport à ce que nous trouvons en France pour le prix,hôtel pas cher à new york 420$ pour 3 nuits,la qualité n'y était pas : ménage et lit pas fait chaque jour durant 3 jours(pas de personnel?)!!!!,en fait pas de service dans cet hôtel,en plus l'environnement est moche,le seul point positif est la station de métro pour manhattan pas loin de l'hôtel,mais tout est cher,très cher à new york!!!en plus pas de petit déjeuner à l'hôtel mais c'est celà en amérique

Devo dire, che il personale è molto gentile. Ho fatto un errore con la prenotazione e mi hanno aiutato senza grossi problemi. Le stanze ( io ho avuto una grande) sono apparentemente belle, però un po' maltennute. Le lenzuole erano gialline. Come relazione prezzo e servizio va benissimo. Un albergo per chi non ha grosse pretese.
