I ordered two reservation online of double bed room (Dec 24th and Dec 25th), and we made full payment in advance. at same time,it
obvious labels the order cannot be canceled. however the clerk (the guy working in the night of Dec
24th) sold out my room.
1 He sold out my room without any information , he told me because it is the Chris**as Eve and there are many customers. you are late.
2 I have made full payment in advance, the room should belong to me at this time. the employee has been seriously in breach of the contract. it is nothing with late or not.
3 the front dest guy attitude was rude. the guy said you are late you did not inform me, tonight it is so many customers. I said the airline is late. it is out of my control. We were more than 13 hours on the flight. How can I inform you. the guy let me discuss with airline for compensation. it is nothing with him.
4 He hold my credit cark in whole night without inform me. I do not know what he done in my credit card.
This holiday inn is trash, it out of your mind.
