Ini adalah hotel yang cukup bagus dengan lokasi yang relatif sentral di pusat kota. Overall bersih dan rapi, harga lebih sesuai. Sikap pelayanannya relatif ramah, dan secara keseluruhan oke.

I spent the week before Christmas enjoying the sights and sounds of Manhattan. We chose the U Hotel Fifth Avenue due to the excellent pricing and we were pleasantly surprised by how clean the room and bathroom were. The location is excellent with several convenient subways close by and within walking distance to Broadway. I was concerned about the room size based on other reviews however, we both had a carry-on and a backpack and the space in the room was fine. I would highly recommend the U Hotel if you are looking for a no frills super clean hotel room,

This is a great place in midtown Manhattan, just minutes from The Empire State Building. It had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, a bathroom and air conditioning. The room was small but comfortable, with plenty of space for a couple of big suitcases, and a couple of carry-on bags. It was serviced every day, and they provided complimentary bottled water every day. There's no bar and no breakfast, but it's right next to Starbucks, which opens at 5:30am. We walked to Central Park in about 30 minutes, walked to Times Square in about 10 minutes. The reception staff were brilliant, including booking us a fab limo transfer back to the airport at the same fixed rate as any yellow cab. This isn't a business class hotel, but we would definitely stay here again as independent travellers.

The rooms in the hotel are small with few amenities, but it was super clean and had a very nice marble bathroom. The staff was beyond helpful and accomodating. Although I have stayed in much fancier hotels, I never felt as welcome as I did here.

Great location. Clean. Comfortable bed. HOT WATER. Rooms are small but comfortable. The desk personnel, in specific, Carlos was so nice, funny, very welcoming and polite. My best friend and I stayed for 2 nights. It was extremely hot out and the housekeeping employees were giving us water bottles every day. Everyone was so nice and it made our vacations better. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel worked just fine for me. Room was small, but had a very comfortable bed, good AC, dark and quiet. Small bathroom has everything. Maid service was good. If you just need a place for a good night's sleep and don't care about a bar/restaurant, gym etc. this is the place.

People - Kind, at least the gentleman that i checked in with and the young woman who helped me. Accommodation - came in on June 1st and just went straight to sleep. Woke up to dead bugs and still a alive bed bugs in my bed. I went to the desk and the young woman in there and showed her the few photos i had taken and she was very quick to move me to another room. After that, my stay was better, outside of inconsiderate guests.

An ideally located hotel right in the centre of the city. This small yet comfortable stay was the perfect base for exploring the Big Apple for a week. Pros- location, clean, friendly staff Cons- small, noisy location While the location was very central, the noise reflected this. However, the bed was comfortable leading to several good nights of sleep.
