Best hotel I ever stayed in. Very clean and even provided me with bottled waters which I thought was amazing. Polite and had not one problem with the room

Location is good but not much tailored services. Overall cleanliness is ok, but expect something more for hotels of this price range.

Arrived just after midnight and checking was a breeze. Very friendly staff. Room was great, large and clean AC was quiet and worked great. Coffee maker in the morning is nice and the bathroom and toiletries provided were nice. Bed was SUPER comfortable Love the location, close to attractions and the subway. The unlimited bottled water is an extra bonus. Great stay

Soho54 is a great location if you are exploring NYC on the subway. We stayed on the SoHo side with great views of the Empire State Building and other points north. It is steps away from the A-C-E at Spring Street and 1-2-3 / A-C-E at Canal Street. There is a world of restaurants and boutiques in the heart of SoHo. The service and experience at this hotel was better than my last two stays in Midtown with branded flagged hotels. Front desk staff was very attentive, and the 24/7 free bottled water was a plus. The room was clean and cleaning staff was very accommodating when my girlfriend had to stay in with a bug. I would definitely go back.

Great location, helpful staff, warm rooms, hot water, great value. The coffee machine in the room was excellent for the start of day. Good quality shower products. Fab location for unique fashion and artisanal bakeries & eateries. A great find.

The pillows were so soft, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and we were perfectly content! Its location was very close to our destination and worked out well! We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and would return in the future.

If you are like me, and were to prioritize what you need, what you want, and what you’d consider a surprise bonus, I bet SoHo 54 would tick all your boxes for lodging! I need: to feel safe, a clean room, and very importantly no cleaning chemical smell in my room. Check! I want: a bargain, a convenient location, comfy bed, a quiet hallway, a coffee bar in the lobby. Check! A surprise bonus in this case was the fabulous view, the extraordinary customer service (thank you SHAUN for taking me up to the 17th floor on the lightning-fast elevator to show me my room before I checked in!) and the amazingly comfy bed. The windows even opened! Check! I came to NYC to see a show in the Fringe festival at the SoHo playhouse which is two blocks away, and the entire cast and crew are staying here too. My travel buddy and I shopped and ate in nearby Greenwich and Tribeca, (Bubby’s and The Waverly Inn are standouts), and toured the World Trade Center museum and monument, all short Uber rides or doable walks. If you plan a trip to the bohemian side of Manhattan, consider Soho54! I would definitely come back.
