Ulasan Concorde Hotel New York

Clean rooms and hotel, front desk persons nice, daily cleaning service was very good. Bed was great, bathroom spacious and great shower. Coffee service was very limited. Bar served only wine and beer and small tapas. Solid midtown location.

The room size that i got was pretty decent because it was a corner room, the bed and room was dirty and dusty though. I tried asking the housekeeping the next day to change the sheets and she told me that she had many floors to clean and ask why do i want my sheets to be changed everyday (what? Because it’s dirty??) Most staffs attitude were pretty decent but i’ve stayed in other hotels in NY and they were so much better. Also the NOISE is crazy from the other rooms. They just kept banging the doors(not their intention, it’s just that the hallway is so small and there’s no soundproofing at all). If you’re not an early riser, watch out (by that i mean if you dont wake up around 5am cos they’ll start making noises around 6am). Basically i won’t recommend to stay here, unless you dont care about the dirt or noise.

Very close to Grand Central station. Many restaurants nearby too. Clean rooms, great for coffee people as drinking water and tea coffee are available the whole day in business center. Rooms big and bright, really new. Just you have to wait for the elevator for a while during rush hour. Will stay again.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Downside was they took $100 per night safety deposit which I was unaware would happen and a hold was put on my debit card. This was very inconvenient and it should be made clear to guests before booking.

Very beautiful and well-maintained structure. For the price it is, I would have preferred greater kindness and helpfulness from all the staff. I must say that the lady at check-in was very kind and also the concierge (her name begins with S, for privacy I don't want to say more), but later, when we needed it, we found different people who helped us they gave answers without much enthusiasm and with little empathy. The view from our deluxe room was fantastic and the cleanliness really worthy of praise (maybe only the bathroom tablecloths didn't smell very good). Definitely a structure close to everything with many attractions in the surrounding area. It was our anniversary, it had been specified in the booking but we did not receive any extra attention to make our stay even more pleasant (which has happened in almost all parts of the world where we go annually to celebrate). On the third floor we had tea, coffee and hot chocolate included in the price with good spaces to work.

Perfect choice for our stay on the East Side of Manhattan. Actually it is within easy walking distance of so many of the great attractions of mid-town. Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff was amazing. The independent restaurant within the hotel served amazing breakfasts, and tapas and wine. GIving 4 stars instead of 5 because we did not appreciate the SURPRISE $35 per night ‘resort fee’!. Dudes, you are not a resort…you are a hotel. Would stay there again, all considered.

I will be coming back to stay here again for sure!!! The staff is very very helpful and nice. The room was soooooo clean and comfortable, the bed, the pillows. But the bathroom was the biggest and cleanest bathroom i could have wished for. The restaurant was great for breakfast. The location couldn’t have been better, close to shopping and great eats.

I travel to NYC often for work and have always been a bang for your buck kind of person. I must say I was very pleased with the entire experience at the Concorde Hotel. From the bell staff , the front desk, lobby appearance, Restuarant, room was spacious, clean and had a great view. Bed was firmer than I like but you can't have everything. I will most likely make this Hotel my home base when traveling to NY. There's a great Deli Cafe right around the corner and a Starbucks right next door. Everything you need

Very clean hotel with updated bathrooms! The staff was so friendly and welcoming as well. I would definitely stay here again!
