Right in the heart of Time Square and a short walk to the subway to go anywhere. The outside noise while able to be heard really didn’t bother us. Would definitely consider staying here again.

This hotel was amazing. Perfect prime location. We had the Times Square room and the view was perfect. The staff were very nice as well. You will notice a very distinctive smell to this hotel (in a good way). Some people may find the rooms a bit smaller but it’s not a big deal.

It's the small room but enough for three. The location is pretty good. It's around Times Square so it's easy for us to walk around there. The problem is there is no space for changing the clothes in the bathroom so we have to go out from the shower room and take clothes on. When one person is taking a shower, other two were waiting in the lobby in our case. But we could check in before three and they kept our luggage after check out so this stay was pretty good.

Big TV, maybe old, but the quality of the picture is good we watched the movie through hdmi wires with a laptop (wire always carry with you) Leaving a suitcase without settlement costs 10 dollars a day, we left 2 days before settlement, which turned out to be cheaper than storage services, as to us there was evening settlement and services would count three days. In the rooms all super - in addition to the large space of the room itself, I will note a spacious shower cabin with a leak for the shower (which is important for tourists from Europe and the CIS), the presence of a dressing room and a safe. In the rooms didn't have enough glasses, but we asked for a receptacle and we were given a single dish - glasses and spoons. Wayfay works great! The staff was kind and responsive In the room there was a cool air conditioner not giving heat, and on the contrary, the cold air (though it was turned off), but we fixed it by the fact that we put the heater right at him and he warmed the air, making the temperature in the room comfortable! The heater was already in the room. The location of the hotel is also excellent, it is a quiet area, with a few minutes of Grand Terminal, and in step-by-step access all the key attractions of Midtown. From the hotel it is convenient to get to all places, not far from the Ferry stop, from which you can swim to the Brooklyn and Wall Street areas Definitely we will return here again, especially if there is no price increase

The location is nice, close to Times Square. The hotel is clean, as other Hilton hotels. Breakfasts are good too, with very pleasant service. But there are some things that left that bitter feeling after my stay that I would like to share. 1. Destination charge. This is the second Hilton hotel in New York I have stayed at, and both charged additional USD35 for so-called destination fee per night. As the receptionist said, it’s MANDATORY. This 35 dollars are charged per day and the guest must use it the same day, they don’t even accumulate. How do you spend it? In the hotel restaurant or bar. What can you buy with it? Three bottles of drinking water, or two cans of beer…. Why am I forced to spend my money on the things that I don’t need and that are so overpriced? You already charged me for the room, and I happily paid for it. 2. The hotel page here shows a picture of “swimming”. It’s a rooftop swimming pool. I was excited to have a chance to spend some time in the pool. The reception said there was none. Please remove the picture from the page, as it is misleading. 3. There is no tea or coffee in the room. That’s the amenity available in every hotel, even the cheap ones. But when we called the service, they said: no, we don’t offer coffee or tea. But they did bring us a kettle:) I can see that it’s not listed in the available amenities here, but I didn’t even expect that. It’s such a little thing that makes your guest’s stay more comfortable. Anyways, it was quite a pleasant stay despite these unpleasant details. Thank you.

This hotel has nice rooms, friendly staff and an excellent location. Unfortunately they are currently renovating the hotel so the lobby, restaurant, bar and sauna are unavailable. As a guest, you must enter through a side entrance and must take 2 separate elevators to reach the room. When booking, no mention was made of the renovation, which meant that the stay did not meet expectations. We paid for a 5 star experience but didn't get it.

This hotel is 5 mins away from Charging Bull and NYSE. Train station is also very near. Walking distance to take Ferry to Statue of Liberty. Supermarket is also very near.  However, room is small and partition is thin. When next room closed the room door, can feel my room shook as if a mini earthquake. Next thing is there are only 3 lifts shared by 44 floors of rooms. If rush for time, better to take the lift earlier.  Due to the very expensive land in NYC, I have to scarifice room space for convenience.

The location is close to the subway line 7 and it’s considered good in regards to the price. Hotel is new and clean. Nice city view at the check in lobby. I like their rooftop bar and the LGA shuttle service.

Good location if you want to be near the airports. The free shuttle from LGA to Hyatt is great. Otherwise, about 45 minutes out of Manhattan by subway. Good food all around. Comfy bed, big rooms. Breakfast is great. The only thing I didn't like - feather pillows. Bad for my allergies and just not comfortable. The air con is also quite loud (but doubles as white noise to drown the sirens outside I guess?) Would stay again

The room is relatively big enough and clean. However, I really did not like the service in all aspects as following: Front desk: It took 20 minutes to explain that breakfast was included. I showed my email and app where it is clearly written ”included”. Breakfast: very simple one and refill takes forever. I had to tell the waitress to refill the coffee and other meals who was standing next to the table and scrolling her cell phone without any greeting to anybody. Shuttle bus: We made a reservation for the bus at 12 pm and we're told to exit the hotel 10 minutes before. The bus driver did not open the bus door and showed his 5 fingers to wait. I knocked the door at 12 to get in but the driver was so rude and asked if we were in hurry and complained that he had been awake since 2 am. It was his duty to take us to the airport on time. He complained again and again during the ride which was unbelievable. I never experienced such behavior from shuttle bus driver. Overall the hotel is not 4 star hotel! It is 3 or below.
