Ulasan Hotel Marcel New Haven, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

This hotel is really nice and clean. Its design is wonderful. The hotel service team is really nice and friendly. Also, if you arrive at the Train station, you could call their free shuttle service (it is operated by 15:00). The hotel lounge is wide and very cozy. We regret staying only one night at the New Heaven. It is really a recommendable hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The room is also awesome. You can enjoy the harbor view in your cozy room!!! If I return to travel New Heaven, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Big room for families, clean and modern, excellent facilities. Great service. The free shuttle was brilliant, we used it to go and wander round the town and Yale campus.

The Hotel Marcel was quite Modern and very aesthetically pleasing! Upon arrival, I could tell this hotel was full of charm and personality. I especially enjoyed my stay in a corner suite with a King bed. The bathroom was very luxurious and I felt as though it was something out of a magazine. Overall, my stay was very comfortable and affordable. If I had one gripe it would be that the interior of the room was very dim in lighting even when the lights were fully on (touch censored lighting was available). I wish more light was able to be in the room.

離海邊很近，旁邊有個 IKEA ，房間設施科技感十足，總體感覺不錯👍

房間非常大，智能控制，非常好！在海邊，視野開闊！性價比不錯！不在城區，很安全！

房間就像個盒子，乾淨衞生！停車場就在酒店門口，不要錢，很方便。 餐廳食物還不錯，衹是火警把我嚇得夠嗆，穿着睡衣就跑下了，還下雨，實際上是個烏龍。🥹

這家酒店房間蠻不錯的，雙床房夠大，設施環保，簡潔乾淨，很有設計感。樓層走廊有氣泡水供應，孩子很愛喝。唯一不好的是前台給了一個窗户朝內天井的房間，所以完全沒有風景，全磨砂玻璃衹能透點亮光而已。好在我們晚上才到，衹住一晚，所以也就沒有換房了。酒店離Yale很近，開車十分鐘內即可到。酒店邊上就是宜家商場，共用免費停車場。但除了宜家，其他好像就沒什麼了。

裝修比較新的酒店智能觸摸板控制燈光和窗簾，難得有燒水壺提供可以泡茶喝咖啡，而且是難得的淋浴房不是浴缸沖澡更方便些，整體體驗不錯服務也很好，除了空調聲音有點響，但酒店自己的停車場免費停車已經非常好了，推薦👍👍

紐黑文馬賽爾酒店雖然挨着高速公路，但是它一點都不吵，因為它的玻璃是隔聲玻璃，這一點大家不要擔心.而且酒店離紐黑文市中心特別近，離耶魯大學也特別近，感覺走着都能到。

房間沒有窗！沒有窗！有一個假窗户面向天井！空調吵得要死而且無法關掉，屋頂的兩個射燈一直閃，壞掉了。最最糟糕的經歷，沒有之一。前台十分冷漠，沒有任何服務，千萬避雷！

是一家新酒店，所以基本條件都合格。－樓的餐廳不錯，服務很好！房間面積不大。有意思的是，一分鐘路程有一家宜家。如果是送孩子上學住宿，住兩天買東西，很不錯。
