Terrible! Never stay here, so dirty and not 5 star. Their pool smells like ass, find somewhere else.

Amazing stay and hotel Is really well Maintained, it’s a massive property, service top notch all Staff were really humbled, can’t wait to come back here 😍.

Very bad experience when checking-in. My room was not ready even around 3:30pm. Asked the senior staff member "Fatima" for assistance, she was very rude, no smile no nothing, but she did sort out the issue and I was finally checked-in. Breakfast and staff in the restaurant were amazing, no complaints there, so many choices in breakfast and even you can choose 2-3 different restaurants for your breakfast. Pool was okay, some renovation was going on, need improvments there.

The room was big and they provided us with extra bed... the food was varied and yummy...the stuff was friendly and willing to help. The kids enjoyed the 1 complimentary hour at the kids club.. we will definitely come again
