Staying at this hotel was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The service at this property was unmatched and the rooms were gorgeous. Definitely not a modern hotel, so if that's what you'd like, look elsewhere. Instead, it's a ro***tic, beautifully appointed, and well-maintained historic hotel. I hope I have the chance to return!

Great hotel. But two main issues. Firstly, we messaged them to provide our flight details but they never replied. Tried calling for hours but there was no answer. Thankfully, someone from the hotel was at the airport to collect us. Second issue was that when we checked in we told them we had more luggage so our car to the airport would need to be bigger. However at checkout they did not provide this and we rode to the airport with luggage in our lap. Other than that, the hotel was amazing and service first class.

Our stay at the hotel was awesome from the point of entry to the point of see off by the staff at every corner of the Hotel. My thanks and appreciations go to the duty ***ager, Vivek Kakria, who took care of our issues in such a way that we forgot if we had any issue. We and all other family member are looking forward to enjoying this property again in the future when coming to visit India from Canada.

Great modern 5 star hotel but not exactly a palace. Location is good but the views are not as we overlooked some derelict sites. The glass on the Qube restaurant needs some cleaning.
Unfortunately, VIP status was not recognised and the upgrade offered was a Club Room without use of any facilities which seemed pointless. Nevertheless, the upgraded room did not materialise and our room was the one that we had originally booked and by the lift.

I loved the hospitality received at the hotel. We were travelling first time with kids and all the staff made our stay the most memorable. We are already planning our return. The restaurants inside the hotel were amazing and the hotel was conveniently located near attractions and shopping. We loved our stay.

I have stayed at other Leela palace in India and the experience was complete different. The Leela in Delhi is not worth the price, I will never stay there not even as a complimentary stay. The staff were not as friendly, I asked for a special request and nobody acknowledged it, I was very disappointed.

Rooms are very very uncleaned below beds. Nuts and bolts everywhere. Overhyped and over priced property.
It can be harmful for kids and for adults also..
They should be ashamed ..

What an absolutely incredible stay me and my husband had at The Leela Palace, New Delhi.
When we arrived in our chauffeur driven BMW 7 Series, we were warmly greeted by Muskan and the rest of the team. They made us feel like royalty from the moment we walked through the door.
The check in process was carried out in the room itself which was very convenient. As it was our honeymoon, Muskan had decorated the room with balloons and rose petals and left a cake to help us celebrate.
Not only that, but when we were downstairs in the lobby, she brought us over a fresh bouquet of red roses. This made us feel very special indeed. She also gave us a lovely set of gifts as we left the hotel.
She really is a credit to the organisation.
We ate in both Le Cirque and The Cube during our stay, both of which were fantastic. Rubal, the cocktail maker in Le Cirque, created bespoke cocktails for us based on our preferences.
Nakul in Le Cirque was also fantastic and even gave us a tour of the kitchen after our meal.
The library bar was a great place to go for a drink also. A very unique experience.
I cannot praise this hotel highly enough. The service level from all the team was exceptional.
We will definitely return the next time we’re in New Delhi.
