⛔️Take Note! under This HapyHome at Ion Delemen cleanliness i shall give zero! 1st room on 23 floor we booked there is breed of cockroaches‼️ in the fridge and kitchen cabinet surrounding. And it crawls the family member to toilet and what not! ⛔️They nvr provide towels unless requested I am honetly feels they never clean the room and asked to changed room on 33rd floor its a hassle! i wont be back for this HapyHome bookings at Ion Delemen.

Very nice location. Our room was at level 32. When it was foggy outside, we couldn't see anything; we'd never experienced anything like this before, so it was rather memorable.

Great location, fantastic view. The entry to the room can be confusing but the owner was kind enough to provide detailed information along with a video clip. There was a strong smell from the kitchen sink's drain that could be uncomfortable for those who chose to sleep on the bed near the kitchen. Otherwise, overall, it was a good experience.

One room, out of 3 could not be used as wall leaked with water sipping in through window walls, rendering it unusable.

Location far a bit , but there is a shutter bus can send us to sky avenue station , each person RM 7

The cleanliness of this hotel was poor. The bed and pillow are dirties with stain and hair. The room also has bad smell. And lastly found out the smell was came from the window curtain. After talked to the cleaner, he just use a fabric spray instead.

The room is clean, comfortable and relaxing. Cond: The building is a bit confusing as parking at Level 7 is the level 3 lobby of the hotel building and we need to go level 12 for this hotel room. Noisy if a lot ppl chating n talking at ground floor playground especially night time. Midnight also a weird sound... Not sure what sound is it.

When Genting is cold, the hot water amenities in the room are just perfect.
