Hyatt Regency Nairobi Westlands is a modern, stylish hotel in a great location. It has spacious rooms with city views, great food, a rooftop pool, and a gym. Perfect for both business and leisure stays.

It was amazing experience and the staff was very friendly

I usually choose Hyatt hotels when I travel for business, but this one is so disappointing. It looks clean, but when I was about to go to bed in the middle of the night, I found that the bed sheets were not changed after the last guest left. Isn't that too disrespectful to guests? The hotel facilities are also old, so I decisively canceled the next three orders for a total of 7 nights. In the end, I found that the decision was correct. Several new five-star hotels have opened in Nairobi in the past three years. I stayed in the other three hotels, and the sanitary service facilities were better than this Hyatt. This Hyatt is simply the worst in the world! It can't be worse!

The window of the inner room faces the atrium, which means there is no window and no sunlight in the room. The bathroom smells like a sewer, and I can't find the exhaust switch or feel the strong exhaust. I just made do with it for one night, but I probably won't choose it next time.
