Bed uncomfortable and full of hairs not belonging to us. TV did not work as should and bathroom is tiny. Shower temperature extremely temperamental

Cleaners are super nice people

The staff were so friendly . They smile on there faces make one feels welcomed. The environment from the entrance to the room are sparking clean. Though I did not eat anything this time around. I will surely visit again . Really nice place to visit.

No amenities. Extra charge for everything. Sofa bed was poor. Useful location.

The room was clean and spacious.

The hotel was fine, but he did not know how to speak Spanish, it made it difficult for us to communicate with the hotel workers

The front desk service is warm and standard, and the environment is clean and hygienic. It is about 7 minutes' walk from the nearest subway station. Be careful when the hotel entrance is on a small road, otherwise it is easy to miss

The room is fine and tidy, but overall it's OK

Staying the day before New Year's Day is super cost-effective and suitable for business trips
