Friendly, professional staff; Clean, comfortable room; Delicious array of international cuisine on breakfast buffet. Only negative for us was distance from airport - felt just a bit far to be a convenient stopover sleep between flights.

The hotel is good. The staff is cooperative. Cleaned very well. The main issue is the internet it is worse than 2G speed. I had a Zoom meeting and the internet was terrible.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately they charged transportation (from airport to the hotel) more than 10 times compared to other transportation such as Taxi or Uber.

My stay at Metropolitan Hotel Delhi was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the city's attractions and access transportation options. The staff were courteous and attentive, always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. The hotel's dining options offered a variety of delicious cuisines, though I found the prices to be slightly on the higher side. Additionally, while the facilities were well-maintained, I encountered some minor issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity during my stay and Their Room Service Billing System can be Improved. Overall, Metropolitan Hotel Delhi provided a pleasant experience, and I would recommend it to travelers seeking a convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of Delhi.

Good value for money, rooms are comfortable, breakfast is varied and staff is helpful. Location is central but we weren’t comfortable walking around, as there are quite a few homeless communities just outside the hotel.
