Kamar luas utk ukuran di singapore di atas rata2. Fasilitas cukup lengkap Petugas check in dan checkout cepat prosesnya.. Jika ke singapore saya pasti kembali lagi.

Jenis staycation ber***a apartemen lainnya dan saya harus mengatakan saya menikmati masa menginap seperti ini karena ini benar-benar terasa seperti rumah kedua dengan semua fasilitas dan fasilitas yang diperlukan! Pemandangan kamarnya lumayan bagus, bisa melihat jalan tol yang bagus, pemandangan dan cakrawala yang berbeda. Pemandangan saat bangun tidur adalah karena matahari bersinar dengan cara yang bagus! Pelayanannya baik dan orang-orangnya ramah dan baik! Memanfaatkan gym dan kolam renang dan bahkan memiliki seluruh tempat untuk diri saya sendiri saat saya pergi! (Gym - 5plus hingga 6 plus), Kolam Renang (6plus hingga 7plus)! Menyesal karena tidak menginap lebih lama dan menggunakan dapur, namun pengalaman menginap kami cukup menyenangkan! 👍🏼👍🏼

1st time staying at Citadines Balestier with my family for our short break in Spore. The location is conveniently located to Sentosa and Marina Bay Sands and also to the Whampoa Food Court. The nearest shopping centre is 2-3 buses away, Vivo and Novena Shopping Point. This apartel is still very new looking eventhough its a few years. Inside the room ammenties are clean n still new. There are 1 tv in the living room and another in our sleeping room. Shower is great n big as well. The only downside is if you need drinking water, you will need to go down to level 6 to get it from the dispenser. I find it very inconvenient so I boiled myself with the kettle provided. There is a washing machine cum dryer inside the service residence. No instructions was given, it’s difficult for non regular washing person to understand or use it. Some guides should be given on this. I tried washing some clothes n it came out not so dry even after the dryer being used. Left it overnight n all my clothes came out extremely crumpled!! Otherwise everything is good😀

Nice to be back! Thank you for accommodating my special requests. Nice view! I was held up at check in and given a coffee voucher for waiting (over 10mins), but it’s fine. Unfortunately our first check-in room experience wasn’t pleasant. There was blood stain on the sofa and unknown hair, feather and droplets of water on the floor. The electric kettle wasn’t working and a day later the toilet flush down. The room had a lot of faults! But, they fixed it up quickly as soon as I called the receptionist. I don’t mean to be troublesome. I borrowed the pool towels to make bed for my dog (sorry if it’s illegal, but dun worry he’s on diapers so won’t dirty the towels). There were more snacks choices this time and I always like the lemon mint infused water. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and had a relaxing long weekend. One more thing to pets owners, I would say this hotel is pet friendliest after I called some other hotels to check them out. I will definitely be back with my dog anytime I want to bring him along for a staycay. Cashy loved it and celebrated his birthday in the room. Thank you Citadines crews for making our stay at ease and enjoyable.

Booked a second staycation for Citadines Balestier and it was another nice experience.

The room is very spacious and the location is great. There is a convenience store downstairs and a swimming pool. The room has windows and everything is great

overall the experience staying here is super! the staff are great, the place is cozy

spacious and generally clean, sadly there is very strong cooking odour in room. Aircon blowing directly towards bed makes it difficult to sleep

Had to stay at CITADINE Balestier because l needed to take my old dog away from my flat because my upstairs neighbour was having some noisy Reno. Turned out my dog n l thoroughly enjoyed our stay together. Room was as big as a l rm studio with a small kitchen. Well equipped with a washing machine. So ya......nice home away from home.

Room is very spacious especially for a new hotel.Convenience store is located at the same building which is good even during rainning season no need to worry about at all.

Cons: Location is perfect, there is a bus stop downstairs, easy to go anywhere. With around 5 mins walk, there is a local food court. You will found the supermarket Fair price in a mall by approximately 10 mins walk. Durian shop nearby, around 1-2 mins walk Lot of Convenience stores and small shops. 2x Washing machines (including washing powder inside) and dryer available, 8 dollars per each The room is clean and look fresh, like home. However, the clock is a bit dusty Pros: Would be great to have one more tissue box on the bedside table With Kids slippers and stepping stool available would be perfect Would be nice to have shower Anti-slip mat in the bathroom Overall, I recommend this hotel and will book again for next time

Overall the experience in Citadines was good. Expect for their television. Their television was not working and I called them to give me another room or fix the television neither was done. Aircon was leaking.
