Room was on the small side and bed was hard. Good location accross from the park and close to shopping centres.Nice little coffee tea bar on the ground floor with friendly staff. As travellers from the west we found breakfast difficult to enjoy, often there was little choice left unless we arrived early.

My first 2 nights were a nightmare All the external parts of air con were on the wall behind my room.. it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all! Fortunately I could change my room on the 3rd night and it was better. Bathroom not really clean. They offer me dragon fruits but no plate, no cutleries.. so i don't know how I'm supposed to eat them...

Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, and the solid wood used is unfortunately not popular nowadays. The mattress is hard and I am not used to it. The patched sheets are not in line with the hotel's positioning, and it is uncomfortable to rub my legs. The room was generally clean, but the facilities were old; The front desk lady was very patient and detailed in her introduction; There was a small park across the street, which was perfect for a walk after dinner.

The hotel is clean, quiet, and well-equipped, especially the bed is very comfortable to sleep on. The location is also good, just near the Mixc and opposite the Wanlv Park, with convenient transportation. The front desk lady Fu Jie is warm and thoughtful, making us feel at home. We stayed here for 4 days before and came again today. We strongly recommend friends who come to Haikou for tourism or business to stay here.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. Overall it was good, especially Xiaoling at the front desk. She was warm and considerate to the guests like a family member, making us northern visitors feel at home. I hope to stay here again next time. Thank you Xiaoling for your warm reception.

The service attitude of the hotel manager, supervisor and front desk staff is very good. The hotel may be a bit long. Except for some rooms like sink faucets and toilets that are not very useful because they are relatively old, the other facilities are generally good. The breakfast is not ideal. Although it is a buffet, there are too few varieties. Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock, and it is basically gone when you go to eat at 8 o'clock. The breakfast experience is not good

We stayed here because of water outage at home, but we were very pleasantly surprised. It is rare to find such an economical and cost-effective hotel in Haikou city. The hotel decoration is very Southeast Asian and the hygiene is very good. The bathroom is a little small, but it does not affect it. The room is clean and tidy, elegant and very comfortable. Xiao Fu at the front desk is super nice. He upgraded our room for free and his service attitude is also great. Thank you. Although the breakfast has fewer varieties, it tastes very good. Overall, the satisfaction is very high. The only drawback is that the swimming pool is too small, haha! !
