Located in a police station building, so it was quite hard to find as there were no signs or markings anywhere. Responsive on WeChat and picked up immediately when called. No staff, fully self-check in. Room was very clean and spacious with projector.

The location is really convenient, right out of Gangxia Station, but you have to go through the building to the back door to enter. The room is clean, and the view is open due to the high floor, but the facilities are slightly insufficient and there is no refrigerator, which is important in summer. We arrived after 2 pm and the room was not ready yet. We had to wait until 3 pm to get the room. The landlady was kind enough to take us to the coffee shop on the 5th floor to sit and wait. After we got to the room, the landlady said that if you need anything, you can contact her. Unfortunately, she tried many times and couldn't get in touch because she never passed the friend verification and there was no front desk. In the end, the problem was not solved.

Pros: The location is convenient, right next to the subway station. The floor is located on the 30th floor, the environment is quiet, and the housekeeper, Ms. Cai, is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable, and there are free movies to watch on the TV. Disadvantages: The door of the B&B is poorly soundproofed, you can hear someone speaking loudly in the elevator lobby clearly, and the mattress is hard.

The room facilities are very complete, new, large and clean. It was a very comfortable stay! The location is super convenient, with the subway station downstairs and right in the CBD. The boss is very nice, and the cleaning lady's service attitude is also very good. I really enjoyed my stay here during my two days in Shenzhen. I highly recommend it! 酒店是自助辦理入住，非常簡單便捷，地理位置也十分優越，樓下就是地鐵站，離福田站很近，去香港非常方便，最重要的是服務特別好，第二天去香港把行李寄存在了酒店，由於很晚才返回，管家一直等到很晚，態度非常好，熱情又細心，總之是非常愉快的一次入住體驗，下次來一定還住這裏！

位置很好，崗廈站E口一出站就到了。周邊有大商場，很多吃的。在大廈的最頂層，入住當天有管家添加了微信，入住和退房都是用自助機自助辦理，還有洗衣房。
