It was a little scary location because of a few homeless people were around the hotel. All the staff were very nice and kind. The shower in the bathroom was not much pressure though but other than that we liked there.

The staff were all so welcoming and friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The on-site restaurant was very good we had the bacon pizza because with was recommended by the bartender and it did not disappoint.

Great location downtown near lots of restaurants. Hotel & room very clean & check in staff very welcoming & friendly.

Extremely pleasant experience. Everything was perfect. Great hospitality. Great location.

喜歡房間大，大床很舒服，地段也不錯，就是房間空調不太冷，洗澡淋浴頭不能拿下來，對於女人來説不是太容易，總枱很周到

不錯， Balmain 的洗浴用品。 房間大， 床單舒服！ 樓下的餐廳不錯， 各類啤酒！ 下次來downtown 還是選他！

The staff was awesome! It was my birthday and I was treated to a few freebies! Which was so appreciative!

I liked the service of all staff. I didnt like the valet because they couldnt even open my car door as i strugglef with my luggage.

This is an old and terrible hotel based on our findings we never even spent the night It was very low class and I would not recommend this to anyonr

The room needs serious maintenance. Peeling paint by the window, on the roof of the shower. Chipped edges on doors and missing caulking. Peeling coating in the bottom of the bathtub.
