he allotted me a smaller room different from the one which was in picture. Later he didn’t allow my father in the room which were booked for two people.

The room had no keys, there was only one master key and we had to leave the hotel with our luggage in room without keys. Initially we were given a room with broken flush in washroom, on request we were moved to another room. Many of the electrical sockets were not functional

Hotel da incubo! La struttura ha da poco cambiato nome da Raj Villa a Neu Villa, mantenendo lo stesso stile pessimo! Struttura terribile, siamo arrivati in tarda notte e c'era gente accampata che dormiva a terra davanti la reception! Le foto non rappresentano per nulla la realtà! La camera assegnataci aveva feci sulla tavoletta del Wc ed in tutto il water, peli tra le lenzuola, asciugamano sporche, ciabatte sporche, polvere dappertutto, pareti piene di umidità! Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera ma ci è stato detto che non era possibile! Hanno quindi mandato un ragazzo per pulire almeno il WC! Per fortuna avevamo con noi il sacco lenzuolo e lo abbiamo utilizzato per poter riposare qualche ora! I mobili erano lerci ed unti. Avevamo prenotato per 2 notti, ma siamo subito figgiti! Quando abbiamo esposto i nostri problemi al manager, si è scusato e ci ha offerto un cambio camera ma, onestamente, non volevamo rimanere in quel posto neanche un minuto in piu! Ci ha fatto pagare l'intera somma senza neanche proporci uno sconto! Assolutamente da evitare
