Average stuff. Huge Rooms which is a plus. TV is there but has no channels to watch. Beds in rooms are full of discomfort. Bed linens are old and even when changed look like same. The breakfast has got minimal options with no hospitality in place. Overall give it a miss if you find other options.

Average hotel with rude and inhospitable staff. Our room had dysfunctional phone; on informing the receptionist about it, he was rude and there was no action. Even room a/c was not working fine. Then entire hotel was empty, they still did not change the room. The most disappointing part was that they said water over 2 bottles per day is chargeable. I have not seen any hotel which charges for water. Even their restaurant has limited options for lunch/dinner with fixed timings. The only saving grace was Lapino Pizza near the hotel.

No any facility in this hotel for Only stay This hotel is stay for single person Not family. Ac not work proper Don't go with family. Bed smell in bathroom this is lodge type hotel. So I request don't go withbfamily

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Sai Inn. Rooms were neat and clean and spacious too. Staff were very polite and supporting. A humble suggestion: housekeeping department has to ensure that everything is properly working, like telephone, a/c, TV & exhaust fan etc., before handing over the key to a new guest. Overall, it's the best place to stay considering the facilities, conveniences and parking.

Spacious rooms, but poor cleanliness wrt rooms, toilets, bed linen, corridors. Corners of the bathrooms and corridors are full of mould and dirt. Bad linen is seldom changed. No tea /coffee in rooms, no Internet except in a few rooms, that too at 2 Mbps. Same with TV channels, a very limited options there. Outsourced breakfast is too poor with a few options. The owner's attitude is too rude and unprofessional who asked for extra charges if you ask for ceramic cups for tea instead of leaking paper cups. Don't book with free breakfast since the same breakfast can be had for Rs.150 per head at the same restaurant. The worst part is that the hotel charges full rent in advance before check-in. Summarily, the hotel is overpriced by around Rs.1500 at Rs 4000 per night. Book only if available below 3000.
