Love the look and the location of the hotel , free parking, loved it

Lokasinya berada di lingkungan Fuorigrotta, tempat pekan raya dan stadion Napoli berada. Sesuatu yang jauh dari pusat. Bangunan ber***a zaman kegelapan Italia, dengan langit-langit super tinggi dan kolom neoklasik. Staf resepsi penuh perhatian dan efisien. Dua lift di sana sudah cukup. Lorong, pencahayaannya, dan identifikasi ruangan sudah benar. Ruangan itu berukuran sekitar 20 m2, memiliki dua tempat tidur single yang disatukan dan berbagi tempat tidur. Ukuran dan tata letaknya benar. Tempat tidur dan bantalnya kurang nyaman buat saya, karena keras. Kedap suara internal dan eksternal tidak bagus, tapi ini adalah hotel dan area yang tenang. Saya tidak tahu akan seperti apa pada hari pertandingan. Pencahayaannya benar dan ruangan bisa dibiarkan gelap. Perabotannya jarang dan dalam kondisi baik. TV 30" banyak channel satelit dalam beberapa bahasa. AC tidak ada karena panas sekali dan tidak bisa diatur. Solusinya buka jendela. Pemanasnya nyala, padahal sedang musim semi dan ada 20 derajat di jalan. Kamar mandinya kecil, dengan shower yang agak tidak nyaman dan kecil. Pencahayaan di kamar mandinya benar. Keran dan handuknya bagus. Sarapannya tidak seperti yang diharapkan dari hotel kategori ini, karena kualitasnya kurang. dan beragam. Tidak ada makanan panas. Wifi berfungsi dengan baik. Singkatnya, sebuah hotel agak jauh dari pusat kota yang seharusnya meningkatkan sarapannya.

This was a classy looking hotel right next to the Napoli football team home ground (not sure it it would have been so peaceful on match day). We had a lovely couple of days sightseeing in Naples which was easily reached by the metro just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel a single into the city was €1.50, the trains are regular and super clean, ticket machines offer language choice so the hotel is ideally located as you have the quiet of being outside the city but you can be in the city in 10-15 minutes. Don't get ripped off by taxi drivers, if you want advice on taxi costs speak to the hotel reception they are super helpful and want to help you get the most out of your stay. Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was continental but had a nice choice of pastries and delicious coffee. If you want bottled water buy it outside the hotel as the minibar water is a bit steep at €3. There is a local restaurant (Ciarly) that is busy with locals - always a good sign, the food is very good, reasonable price and the staff friendly. Also a couple of cafes one that serves very good gelato. All in all a great stay, I would recommend this hotel to friends.

I’m a regular at Palazzo Esedra where Staff are very friendly and polite, but have noticed a drop in the service levels.

We have spent one night at The Hotel Palazzo Esedra due to a problem with our return flight home and was accommodated here. We found it to be comfortable, immaculate, helpful staff who looked after us very well. I can’t comment on the menu as our stay was very short. It isn’t really a family hotel although they would be welcome. It seems to me to be very well equipped for business personnel.

As a hotel, it offers a luxury and stylish environment. Rooms are very comfortable, breakfast offers continental variety, nicely presented and fresh. We had dinner one evening, unfortunately this didn’t live up to the standards of the rest of the hotel, disappointing but there are lots of local restaurants to explore in the area. In terms of sightseeing you need to master the local bus service or a 1.5hr walk to the harbour/castle area. Staff were all friendly and helpful. A most enjoyable stay!

Our first impression of the hotel from outside was not impressive, but, understanding that it was so close to biggest football stadium in the city, we didn't care much. Checking in was great, staff extremely pleasant and helpful, in particular Alberto who easily find time to help everyone . As we have read reviews about hotel, we must say that management obviously took seriously some advices from clients , such as hot water, coffee machine in the restaurant and wifi, all of them sorted out. There was no problem with hot water, two coffee machines available in the restaurant and wifi very good. Hotel is situated close to two metro lines, for easy and frequent trains to the centre and beyond. Our room was very clean we can only praise cleaning staff. On the minus side, for 4 star hotel one is expecting a bit more for breakfast, as mentioned in previous reviews, there is no cooked breakfast ( hard boiled eggs I suppose don't count in that category), cold cuts with very few varieties and for people wanting healthy breakfast even less choice. There is still no kettle in the room, early birds still have to wait for breakfast room to open to have one. Also, complementary bottle of water would be advisable instead of 3euros payable from mini bar ( remember, this is still 4star hotel ). All in all, we were feeling very welcome there, hopefully those minor tweaks will be sorted in near future
