This hotel was decent in the sense the room was nice had basic amenities and friendly staff. However the location is awful to experience Naples and our room stank of pickles, along with the green decor we called it the “pickle room”. The area is extremely run down and a long walk to the station. We had to get the bedsheet changed because it was dirty. I would recommend avoiding unless you particularly came for the area. But if like us you think to go here to experience Naples don’t.

The hotel is very nice, but they said have a swimming pool and i can see in the picture  of the pool in website and the hotel don’t have. I was very disappointed

In Napoli was disgusting. From two bads, they made one very inconfortable. Plans was flying all the time, noise from the room above. And above all, all over my body I received some pimples.

for us who had to go to the stadium this structure was ideal also because it had parking. We left the car and enjoyed excellent service. Room, staff and breakfast noteworthy. We know where to stay on a possible next trip to Naples.

Booked via Hotwire. Supposedly a 4* hotel in a convenient location in Naploi. We came for just one night and had anticipated that we’d be able to park our car and take a stroll into town to get some dinner. In reality we locked our bedroom door and didn’t leave until we checked out. This hotel is NOT located in a convenient area to explore Naploi at night or by foot. By the state of the surrounding buildings (and the exterior of the hotel itself) it’s clearly a rough and rundown area. We had no desire to explore further than our room. The room itself was a joke. At least it made us laugh. We selected the upgrade that has a hot tub but didn’t expect to be staying in what is the closest thing to a ‘nocturnal pleasure den’ I have ever been in, complete with misaligned mirror over the bed and disco lights (I’d not be surprised if I found out you can pay for this room by the hour). The hot tub itself is in the actual bedroom; enough said. We didn’t use it. The room was clean, but that’s about as good as it got. The shower looks impressive until you try to actually use it. If you want hot water there is no pressure so forget the spar jets, the thing just dribbles. The mini bar contained a bottle of water and a Fanta. There was a kettle but no coffee and no milk. The high speed WiFi doesn’t work, which may seem like a rather trivial thing to mention but the tiny TV only shows programming in Italian and because we were going no where we couldn’t even watch NetFlix on our own devices. This is NOT a 4* hotel. To claim it is, is a property miss-discription boadering on deception. At best we’d give this 2*. We didn’t stay for the included breakfast, we left and will never be back.

BUYER BEWARE this hotel is terrible! I got it on Hotwire last minute in Naples assuming it would be near the town. I was with my mother. The hotel is a 30 minute plus metro ride away and the hotel it self is a 25 minute walk from the closest metro station. It is also in a terrible part of town that is unsafe for any tourist especially with family. The hotel doesn’t make any of this clear. It also boasts a 4 star rating but the outside is actually disgusting. You are in a scary neighborhood and the building is decrepit. We were so scared we never got out of the taxi and instead have the taxi bring us back to Naples station and we got a refund. Please please please DO NOT go to this hotel if you are a tourist in Naples. Spend a few extra dollars, stay in town, and thank me later.

Very friendly staff. Very welcoming and above all clean room. Breakfast with a wide choice, from sweet to savory. If I have to say one flaw it was the uncomfortable pillow, but otherwise everything was fine! I recommend it to you.

The hotel is perfect if you have to go to see a concert at the Palapartenope, the room was nice and clean, a little small, the breakfast was plentiful and well-stocked. Good service for the price we paid! We had a good time, it's a shame they are a bit poorly connected.

Very convenient hotel for those who have to go to the Palapartenope or the stadium. The strategic position is certainly its strong point Basic rooms but equipped with all the necessary comforts An extra point for the provided and varied breakfast

We stayed at this hotel as the first stop on our holiday along the Amalfi coast. The hotel is perfect for those traveling by car, it has parking available for customers and is outside the chaotic center of Naples. Friendly and helpful staff, basic room and excellent breakfast. I have to say the first hotel I've found that has eggs cooked soft-boiled and not hard-boiled! 10 more points!

Decent hotel, comfortable beds, decent breakfast. I was scared by the many negative reviews I had read, but my experience, although not exceptional, was still positive. A little far from the center

It is not a 4 star in the most absolute way. Dilapidated, dirty mostly everywhere, air conditioning with obvious dust so who knows when the filters were last changed. Info area absolutely incompetent and they try to take advantage. Extremely uncomfortable beds, toilet paper left used. Be careful not to be fooled by the photos they post on their sites because it really is incredible
