Ulasan James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang sangat bagus di pusat kota Wellington. Kami dapat berkeliling kota dengan sangat mudah. Tempat sarapannya ada di lantai 17. Lingkungannya bagus dan rapi. Namun, sarapannya kurang bervariasi, terutama jika kami mempertimbangkan tamu yang datang dari seluruh dunia. Selain itu, kamar hotelnya terlihat sangat tua. Tempat tidurnya relatif kecil. Tempat tidurnya hampir tidak dapat menampung 2 orang dan lucunya tempat tidurnya dapat dipindahkan. Masalah yang paling mengecewakan adalah pengering rambutnya. Pengering rambutnya hanya berfungsi beberapa menit! Modelnya terlalu ketinggalan zaman! Stafnya biasa saja.

What’s a fantastic place to stay and very east to get to places around Wellington

Not the best room (internal view). Bed good. Bathroom average. Had a hostel feel and smelt like paint. Was cold after Bali and aircon didn’t really heat it up much. Service very good and the bar restaurant area is attractive. Didn’t try restaurant as lots of options nearby. Good value.

Great location with good parking spaces. Nice restaurant. Room was clean and Tidy. Staff very helpful and polite

A lovely place to stay. The only negative was that there were some very noisy people in the corridor whilst we were trying to sleep.

We rally like our stay at The James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor. Walking distance to the harbour and Cuba street.

Good facilities, good location, easy to walk around, will be back again

We had a wonderful stay and enjoying the great location and convenience of exploring the city. The room is newly renovated, clean and well kept. My daughter had the really delicious gelato as shown in the photo.

It was a wonderful stay and easy to access town with the elevator.

O M G. The staff are so lovely, the room was perfect for our overnight stay. The ladies at the front desk were super busy when we checked in but still managed a smile for everyone. The bussiness however meant that we weren't told about the charge for parking. We were happy to pay because secure overnight parking is hard to come by, but it was a surprise when the gentleman checking us out advised of it. (It does say about the charge on the back of the paper that goes in your car windscreen, however after being mucked around by our initial hotel, we were in too much of a rush to get sorted for the concert we were attending that we didn't even think to read it)

Nice hotel, just feel the cost of parking is a bit steep, what happen to the time that if you stayed in a hotel the parking was free
