Ulasan Savoy Riviera

Very basic accommodation but value for money as it was cheap. I guess it was cheap as two of us slept on sofa that is not that comfortable and is rather narrow.  If it were two of us then it would have been good accommodation for that price.   The area is nice but half an hour from centro storico for those who would want to be more central.  For cover we got sheet and some duvet without cover and with stains.

Check in is complicated and not clarified that you need to contact the hotel in advance for instructions to get inside. Check in is too early at 10 am. Otherwise it’s an ok hotel

The outside doesn’t look great but once your inside it’s very clean and charming. Host is lovely. I enjoyed my stay and rooms were spacious. Just remind the host when your arriving as we forgot to do this and waited for message to get into property. I would recommend the stay as reasonable priced with breakfast.

주요관광지에서 멀지 않고 여러 외국 대사관들 근처라 치안도 좋은 느낌이었습니다!! 조금 낡았지만 그 나름대로의 멋이 있었고 오너인 클라우디아는 친절했습니다!! 나폴리에 오신다면 이용해 보는것도 좋을것 같습니다!! 근처에 50kalo와 Totosapore라는 맛있는 피자 식당이 있습니다!!

設施：基本的設施都有，但酒店不提供免費毛巾。如果需要更換靠近，需要額外花錢。 衞生：春夏期間的時候，蟲子會比較多：基本的衞生環境是沒有問題的，但是燒水壺一點都不乾淨，有非常多的水垢。 環境：酒店的外部環境一般，而且入住的情況比較麻煩，需要輸密碼開一個鐵門，然後再坐電梯上樓，酒店的大門也需要鑰匙才能打開；當天入住的時候還弄了挺久的。但酒店裡那不勒斯坐船的港口較近，公交車15分鐘左右，如果計劃去Carpi島之類的地方，應該還是較方便的。 服務：酒店的前台衹有每天早上7-10點才在，其餘時間是沒有前台的；在攜程平台上也沒有提及到具體的前台在的時間，店家告知酒店前台有寫，但並沒有看見相關訊息。這個訊息是在入住前一天的時候，才收到店家的郵件，要求我們加他們的聯繫方式，網上告知的情況；且入住的時候是自助的，沒有需要我們的護照這些身份訊息，對於安全性來説，還是有些擔憂。入住第二天晚上，酒店出現了整晚沒有熱水的情況，解釋説是一整條街都出現了突**況，但酒店對此並沒有任何備用措施等。 抵達時贈送迎賓禮物: 並沒有收到任何迎賓禮物。 綜合來説，這個服務和環境等，個人認為達不到4星的標準，也希望攜程平台能根據酒店情況實時更新訊息，不要讓其他旅客接收到不符合實際的訊息。

住這個位置有個bug，晚上一夜都在聽飆車的聲音。另外可能是由於層高太高，或者房子太老了，晚上總覺得有些冷，有濕氣，但是這裏沒有空調。所以我屬於又被吵一晚又覺得有點冷就沒睡好。另外這個10點退房感覺太趕了。

Very clean & very functional space. Comfortable bed. Staff were also very helpful. Easy breakfast with proper coffee. Both air con and balcony. Great location for visiting this part of the city. Good restaurants nearby. Very good value for money.

Ho trovato la stanza particolarmente sporca e la biancheria con peli e capelli sulla superficie della spugna. La stanza molto spaziosa ma situata vicino la porta d'ingresso dove c'è un "bancone per l’accoglienza" e la sig.ra non ha avuto il minimo riguardo per controllare se disturbava o meno mentre conversava con gli ospiti delle altre stanze. Palazzo esterno fatiscente. Non lo consiglio.

Ambienti puliti ogni giorno comodi e accoglienti. Gentilissima Claudia sempre disponibile. Colazione buona e abbondante. Dovessimo ritornare a Napoli pernotteremo sicuramente qui. Zona servita benissimo da mezzi pubblici. A pochi passi dal lungomare.
