Great site to meet a lot of elephants and friendly staff.

Interesting and good experience seeing elephants close up and feeding them. Location is a little far from city, need to drive or taxi arrange by the property.

The hotel is unique that you are able to have a close contact with elephants, I did arrange elephant morning call and bathing in the river, what a good experience for my family. The hotel is so close to nature that mosquitoes, flies, and other insects you can’t get rid of, you need to get along with them! It is not fair to compare the amenities with that of any five stars hotels in chiang mai, you can choose, pick or stay at a cozy five stars hotel with your family but I am quite sure it is not easy to have such a close contact with nature and elephants at any five stars hotels in the city. If you are looking for a nice swimming pool with a fruity smoothies in hands, this is not a hotel for you! If you are looking for a close contact with nature especially elephants, I am sure this is the hotel you are looking for!

Nice resort and friendly staff. Had an elephant wake up call and bamboo water rafting.

Stayed for one night at the family room for 4 pax. Loved the view as the river is just right beside the room. The up close activity with the elephants & bamboo rafting were fun & memorable. Would be nice if the bathroom can be enhanced and upgrade the beds from queen bedded to king bedded.

Unique countryside stay with the elephants. Rooms were comfy and clean. Food at the restaurant was awesome too.

Good so good ....

From the minute we arrived we felt at home, and looked after. The staff are very welcoming and warm, helpful and happy. The location is idyllic, with amazing views from our chalet of the river and the area is very well kept and tidy. We did the full days experience which included; elephant care, feeding, caring, trekking through the jungle with them and bathing in the river. It was so much fun and the staff very happy and knowledgeable. With lots of good opportunities for photos. Good shoes for trekking and clothes you don't mind getting muddy is a must. After this we had a lovely afternoon with a bamboo rafting experience, a drive up into the mountains for a picnic by a local waterfall. The chalet was very spacious, clean and had great facilities, including what looked like a new aircon system. The restaurant area was a little small but we always found a seat, with amazing views to the river and others bathing elephants. The food was very tasty. We recommend you arrange your transfer with the resort in advance because Grab and Tuk-tuk do not go up that far up the mountains. If you purchase the full day experience your transfer both ways will be included.

Absolutely amazing! Beautiful surroundings and the elephants are gorgeous.
