The hotel is very clean and is conveniently located. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is excellent with a wide range if choices. The family room is a good size for a family of four. It was hard to find the building when we arrived as there is no clear sign indicating where the hotel is.

Just back from a long weekend stay at the Salotto della Regina hotel. I was advised to choose this area by a Napoletan friend, and I'm happy to say I'm glad I followed his advice. The area is relaxed, unlike central Naples, just across the road from the Chiaia riviera in Naples and offers pleasant walks on the Riviera, itself having a choice of restaurants, starting from pizza all the way to fine dining. Breakfast starts at 7:30, so I was more than glad when the staff offered to give us a 'box breakfast to take away' on a day which I needed to go out of the hotel very early for my Taxi. Due to the location, thankfully away from the (shall I say) busy Naples centre, we needed a Taxi to go to the centre, which was taken care of by the reception staff and was always punctually waiting for us in front of the hotel. Nothing to fault really about the room, cozy bed, A/C full control, which was a big PLUS point, as opposed to some central hotels who deactivate the A/C seasonally, clean bathroom, safe etc. Will surely use again next time !

Highly recommend this hotel in a lovely part of Naples. It was clean, stylish, and had a 24-hour desk, which can be hard to come by in 3-star hotels. The staff could not have been more courteous or helpful, getting us dinner reservations and taxis for our early morning flight. I will be back to this place.

As this was our first time in Naples, we did not know what to expect. Well, our expectations were exceeded both times that we stayed there. Each visit was only one night but their kindness and hospitality were long lasting when we look back on our stay. When our room wasn’t ready, they made us comfortable by serving us both a cappuccino- the best in Italy- and when the room was ready-we felt they made our needs a priority while also serving others -they made us feel special . A full breakfast greeted us each morning- eggs, pastries and more cappuccino! A walk along the water is only a few blocks away and the shops and restaurants in the area were friendly, delicious and welcoming. If you are lucky enough to go to Naples, please treat yourself to this top ten hotel!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. We stayed in the queen suite which was immaculately clean. Lovely little balcony where you can watch the world go by and huge jacuzzi where you can relax watching TV after spending the hot days strolling around the city. All staff members at this hotel go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible, I have never met such a lovely, kind, helpful bunch of people in one place while abroad before. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport, with the closest station being Mergellina, although with all those stunning picturesque views to see I would recommend walking everywhere if you’re able to as everything is within 20mins walk / 30minute stroll away! I would 100% stay at this hotel again! Made my birthday holiday one to remember ❤️

The hotel is really pretty inside, comfortable beds, and the most helpful and friendly staff! Great included breakfast. One morning even packed us breakfast boxes to go when we had an early excursion. Also a very nice part of town! Every staff person was so nice and really cared that we were comfortable!

We decided to stay here for our honeymoon and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, and how clean and modern it was. The hotel is at a brilliant location, close to the seafront and a short walk from a metro station. The staff were absolutely lovely and truly made our stay special. Everywhere they recommended we eat or see was absolutely amazing and took us off the beaten tourist path to find some great hidden gems. Every concern or request we brought up was acted upon quickly and with great customer service. The staff truly make the hotel special. The only slight downside was that we could hear most things that happened in the corridor outside our room as it echoed, however there was never really any noise outside of “daytime” hours, so it didn’t really bother us whatsoever.

Probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived the staff were so attentive and welcoming, it can be difficult to find as it nestled back from the main street but if you follow the signs you’ll find it. The room and hotel is beautiful, so many little touches that just make it perfect. The room was spacious and the beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was large too. There was a tv in the room with netflix etc. The location is ideal too, it is around a 30 min walk in the centre of Naples and there are many restaurants and bars around, however if you’re English speaking you are best walking around 20 mins along the seafront which is where the more touristy area starts. Overall I can’t fault this stay in any way, it is just perfect and if we were to return we would stay here again!

-L’hôtel est super bien placé près de la marina et de petits restaurants . La chambre est super grande - L’hôtel est hyper calme - Le lit est super confortable - La douche à italienne est immense !!! C est une double douche! -l hôtel est moderne et au goût du jour un très bon séjour avec un bon rapport qualité prix ! - le petit déjeuner est très correct, avec du salé et du sucré, et un super cappuccino! Un grand merci aux personnes qui était très aimables C est vraiment un hôtel que nous recommandons!.

Dit hotel is gelegen in een relatief rustige buurt met prima mogelijkheden om het cetrum te bereiken met openbaar vervoer - 2 metrolijnen in de buurt. De kamer die ons werd toegewezen was net en met een heerlijk bed. We werden heel vriendelijk onthaald en het personeel was heel behulpzaam. Geen vraag ws te veel. Onze kamer was aangepast voor mensen met beperking, helemaal niet nodig voor ons maar we hebben wel ervaring met dit soort dingen. De badkamer is helemaal aangepast (verhoogd toilet, douchestoel) maar voor een rolstoelpatient is het het zo praktisch om de douche te gebruiken. Enkel ter informatie ... Dit doet nets af aan onze positieve ervaringen tijdens ons verblijf. Prima adres.

L'hotel si trova al primo piano di un palazzo storico nella zona di Chiaia. Situato a pochi metri dalla stazione di Mergellina dove vi è la linea 2 della metropolitana comodissima per arrivare nel centro storico. Camera spaziosa dotata di tutti i comfort. Bagno con doccia e ottimo phon (non il.classico da parete) . La Colazione abbondante e varia con prodotti tipici del luogo, viene servita in una bellissima sala con affreschi. Il garage convenzionato si trova alla spalle della struttura. Il personale, punto di forza della struttura, rende il soggiorno piacevole. In questo hotel infatti troverete un'accoglienza perfetta: mappa con tutte le indicazioni sui vari siti da visitare, prenotazione dei ristoranti e tante altre piccole attenzioni riservate ai clienti. Tutto lo staff è stato molto gentile!

Hotel a meno di 100 m dal mare, comodo ai mezzi pubblici, con stanze ampie e confortevoli e ben curate, Personale gentile , disponibile e pronto a soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti. Buona colazione a buffet. Torneremo volentieri appena sarà possibile.

Siamo stati in questo albergo per puro caso ma sin dal nostro arrivo ci siamo resi conto della sua bellezza, pulizia, organizzazione. Situato in un punto strategico della città permette sia di arrivare nel centro storico con la metropolitana che con il taxi. Sono rimasto davvero entusiasta di tutto ma la cosa più bella è stata la gentilezza e l’attenzione del personale. Sempre sorridente, sempre disponibile, sempre pronto a risolvere ogni tuo dubbio. Davvero un soggiorno stupendo
