Positives: - Lovely decor (both room and common space) - Great service - Lovely breakfast - Convenient location ( 5 mins walk to main commercial area, pier and the lake) - Quiet surroundings - Owner pay a lot of attention to ensure quality of guest - Room was many locally made amenities and appliances - has lift access Negatives - Bed on the floor may not be for everyone - pillows a tad too soft - only local electrical socket (bring own adapter)

Very nice, though a bit expensive given the location — it isn’t directly on the lake. The boss lady made it ckesr to us that every extra thing would be charged extra, even if we asked for another blanket! Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Really bad experience that we booked two rooms with 4 adults and 2 years kid. Even with the booking information, the front desk still asked NTD500 by acclaiming no kid marked. Very basic supplies and facilities compared to other options.

地點旺中帶靜，行兩分鐘就到旅客中心、便利店同餐廳。環境好靚，慢活嘅感受！房內係日式裝修，最愛仿tatami嘅貼地床，有feel。

環境舒適靜謐、非常放鬆，店家人員都很親切熱情！訂房前可以加入民宿的官方帳號，會有專門的工作人員幫你做解說～～～～ - 真的很貼心，訂房完成之後，民宿還會幫你提供專屬的停車格，讓開車去的朋友們都可以好好享受這趟旅程！生活機能非常方便，離星巴克、7-11都不遠，走路就可以到達目的地 - 這次很幸運民宿老闆也幫我升級房型，衛浴設備都是分開的！還有早餐會送到房間門口，真的很感謝，可以再房間內享用早餐也能欣賞美景🩶

早餐擺盤敲喜翻的啊 非常有野餐的氛圍～ 餐點也好好吃 喜歡儀式感的冰友 ㄧ定會愛上滴～ 連不愛拍美食的我～ 都忍不住拿出手機拍照 😄😄😄～

事先的告知相當貼心 服務人員親切 房間非常乾淨，完全不用穿拖鞋 設有停車場，不必擔心停車問題，可惜沙地讓車輛比較髒一些 其他都非常棒

乾淨舒適，服務態度很親切，早餐很好吃，連住兩晚還附不同早餐。唯獨廁所沒有門且有些許味道（馬桶蓋蓋著會好些），晚上可聽到蟲鳴鳥叫聲，是個很舒服的房間，會想再回訪

It was the most comfy and cosy experience ever! I highly recommend this accommodation place. Host were also very friendly, breakfast was provided in the morning and I’d say the place is really safe too, as you will need an access pass to enter the place, so you can have a peace of mind when staying there :) The place was very clean and really spacious as well. It is also near suishepier so you can easily walk and shop around the area. Right beside the inn there is also a place to rent your bikes and it is very convenient

An absolutely charming and comfortable inn with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, modern bath facilities, free WiFi, and excellent breakfasts. If you visit Sun Moon Lake, Shuishe is a great place to stay as it offers boat tours from the harbor, bike trails, and lots of restaurants. Hana, Nisa, and Elaine will take excellent care of you at the inn!

Excellent stay! Hosts were very hospitable and welcoming. They made alot of effort to connect prior to check in, providing detailed instructions on the accommodation. After checking in, they also shared recommendation and information on sightseeing spots. The rooms are exactly what you see in photos. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was superb, delivered to your room. Generous portion with tea / coffee / soya milk (they even cater 1 portion for my 2 year old kid) and you can see that they take pride in plating every dish nicely. Overall, it was a lovely stay and location is also near to Shuishe Pier (can go for morning walk. I would recommend this place to anyone who wishes to stay in Sun Moon Lake.
