Hotel ini adalah hotel terbaik yang pernah saya kunjungi! Sebagai pelancong kulit hitam solo, saya selalu merasa perlu ekstra aman di tempat baru, tetapi tempat ini? Luar biasa! Dari hotel yang menghadap pantai langsung ke persewaan sepeda tepat di seberang hotel, hingga tempat hotel yang luar biasa, hingga stafnya!!! Ini benar-benar rekomendasi nomor satu saya bagi siapa pun yang mengunjungi Sanya! Saya tidak pernah merasa begitu disambut oleh orang asing. Saat saya melangkah masuk ke hotel, stafnya siap membantu, kendala bahasa tidak menghentikan mereka untuk memberikan layanan 100/10! Mereka merekomendasikan kegiatan dan bahkan membawa saya ke salon dan menjemput saya kembali setelahnya! Saya bisa terus-menerus membicarakan tempat ini hahah HOTEL TERBAIK!! 这家酒店的工作人员让我的体验如此顺利！我感到非常被爱和欢迎!

Pengalaman menginap ini benar-benar melampaui ekspektasi saya! Para staf sangat antusias. Resepsionisnya cepat membantu kami check in, memperkenalkan fasilitas hotel, dan menyediakan layanan butler pribadi. Lingkungan kamar hotel sangat bagus, sangat bersih, kamar pemandangan laut garis depan, berdiri di balkon Anda dapat melihat pemandangan laut, dilengkapi dengan kolam renang umum, Stafnya sangat perhatian dan mengupgrade tipe kamar kami secara gratis. Kami juga menerima layanan penjemputan bandara ketika kami menginap selama tiga malam berturut-turut. Itu sungguh bijaksana. Menginaplah di tempat mereka saat Anda datang ke Kota Tianya!

Loved my stay here! The room had a stunning ocean view with a private balcony, perfect for relaxing. Restaurants and cafes are just a short walk away, which made dining super convenient. Peaceful, clean, and stylish. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful cozy room, the staff is absolutely amazing. I wish them all the best and am very grateful for their kindness and top notch hospitality. Would recommend this Area and Hotel to anyone looking to come to Sanya to wind down. There is a cute little shopping street with a Lawson around the corner.

This is a beautiful property just next to the beach in the small village. We stayed here for 2 nights and booked the room with private pool on the first floor. This room is at the level of the beach (just 6 feet above) so you have privacy and can enjoy the pool overlooking the ocean. But you need to go downstairs from the reception and this area doesn’t have an elevator. The upper floors have elevator. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Since taxi’s and cars are not allowed inside the village, the hotel staff will help you with carrying the luggage to the hotel on the scooter which is around 200 meter inside. Just make sure to contact them before you arrive and they will arrange the pickup. The terrace outside the reception area has the most beautiful view compared to any other hotels in the area. They don’t have kitchen but they are many eating options near the hotel. We also felt the beach here was better than the one at Yalong Bay.

A great view and the clean hotel and the location a little bit far

Excellent service from the concierge. Picked us up from the main road on their scooters and also helped us with the luggage. Room was also as advertised in the photos and the bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to eateries and convenience stores.

Room was great with awesome beach and sea views. Room services was great too! Location was slightly far from some attractions but shouldn’t be an issue with proper planning.

Location is great! Is near to the shopping street with lots of food options and also by the beach. And they provide unlimited bottled water in the lobbh as well. But even though it's supposed to be a new hotel, the infrastructure within the room is not that great. The door to the toilet cannot slide close completely.

We had a delightful stay at this accommodation! As we hired a private car to fetch us from railway station, we did not get the hotel to arrange for a pickup. It was actually a wrong move, especially on rainy days. We had a bit of adventure finding the accommodation from the main road (yellow dragon street) where we had to alight but thankfully, after we called the accommodation, one of their staff came out to look for us. The room we booked was on the same floor with the living room area of the accommodation where anyone could just peep to the mini pool that we had - so, not much privacy in that sense. We were uncomfortable initially as we were not used to but after a while, we felt ok. The room was good enough for us, the aircon was great, water pressure was fine etc. The bed was just of the right firmness for us as Asians. The power plugs were all working well. It was really beautiful watching sunrise and sunset from the balcony. I strongly recommend the room #301 if privacy isn't that important for you at the mini pool. The only thing that could not be helped was that there were pretty much of insects and maybe Sand flies, which, none the fault of the accommodation. My suggestion is to please bring insect repellant and spray a lot. I got bitten so badly (no, I did not even go to the beach) that I had to see doctor the minute I landed on my home ground. I do not mind going back to the same room again if I travel to Sanya again and for sure, please, if you are looking for instagrammable accommodation, this place is nothing sort of awesome content you can create!
