Ulasan Hôtel Mercure Nantes Centre Gare

We stayed here for 3 nights, this is part of our business travel and the staying was good! Reception desk was very helpful and we had great breakfast services there! It is good experience to stay at Nantes, the location was just cross the door to the train station. perfect location. Meanwhile the living room is equipped with a lot of shared space for co-working, perfect!

I checked in and when I went to the room I was assigned, there was somebody already in there! So I had to go back down with all my things to get another room. Also there was a guy who was drunk or mentally unstable (or both) in reception who was bothering guests (including me) and the staff did not do anything to get rid of him. Once I finally got my own room it was small but comfortable & clean enough, although the double bed was in fact two singles pushed together, so the bed was not as comfortable as it could be and would be bad for couples. Overall I was disappointed by the experience.

Great location but the room is very small. The room does not equip with USB outlets. When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room that was not yet cleaned. They later gave me another room and a drink voucher as compensation.

位置超級好，就在火車站南出口邊上，臨近Erdre河，周邊景色很好，吃飯也很方便。穿過火車站，北出口門前就是有軌電車L1,一站到城堡，兩站到市中心。 酒店房間非常乾淨，面積也挺大的。工作人員態度很友好。早餐種類不是特別多，但是味道很好，還可以自己做crepe，也有很多新鮮水果。餐廳的晚餐很贊，價格也適中。

1. 처음에 호텔을 정할때, 렌트를 할 예정이어서 자체 차고가 있는 호텔을 우선으로 했다. 그리고 체크아웃하는데, 별도의 주차비를 받지 않아서 더 감동. 2. 위치 : 낭트역 서쪽입구와 붙어 있어서, 지도상으로 낭트역 반대쪽인 식물원으로 어떻게 가야하나 걱정했지만, 낭트역 서쪽입구로 들어가 에스컬레이터로 올라가 걸어서 반대편으로 가서, 다시 계단으로 내려가 나아보니, 바로 식물원입구였다. 매우 편리한 이동과 접근성이다 - 대부분의 트람과 버스가 낭트역을 경유하기 때문이다. 3. 렌트카 회사가 낭트역 근처에 대부분 몰려있어서, ca pick-up과 return에 매우 용이했다. 4. 직원들이 친절과 영어 소통이 능란하고, 특히 조직 부페 직원들이 너무 친절했다. 종합하면, 위치, 청결, 시설, 직원의 능력 등으로 매우 만족한 여행이었다. 그러나 별 하나를 뺀 이유는 개인적으로 수영장이 없어서... 그러나 유럽 호텔에서 수영장을 기대하기는 어렵다는 것을 잘 알고 있다.

Très pratique à la sortie de la gare. Propre, safe et facile d’accès à la ville.

離火車站和公交站一步之遙，非常方便。工作人員很友好。浴室小花灑水流有點小，沒有找到轉換到大花灑模式的方法。

非常不錯的酒店，就在南特站南廣場，位置優越，周邊交通便利，便利店餐廳都有，步行到市區也很方便，酒店早餐也不錯。

Environnement très bruyant, petit déjeuner médiocre poutre pour un quatre-étoiles, avec des carottes Rapé moisi, peu de choix en terme de noix et de graines, et des chambres pas du tout standing quatre-étoiles, bref pour moi c’est plus un trois-étoiles

位置很好，火車站旁邊，離布列塔尼公爵城堡走路10分鐘，吃飯也方便。唯一遺憾，第一天入住Wi-Fi連不上，第二天莫名其妙好了。

非常好，各方面。緊鄰火車站，步行至Commerce或是布列塔尼公爵堡都很近。島機公園也不遠。

服務比較生硬，設施中規中矩，旁邊就是火車站，交通便利。挺乾淨的，房間可以俯瞰教堂和小河
