Location was good. No staff and no where to store luggage. Bedding was dirty (see picture) and there was loud construction in the apartment below starting at 8am every morning.

First of all, the place was pretty tricky to find. Make sure you ask for instructions to the host. The room was a little bit small for two people, but the shower was comfortable enough. Hot water was only enough for two quick showers before having to wait for a while though.

The future of hotels is this. No reception. You arrive the hotel, call, add WeChat of the manager, send your passport data-page and booking reference to him to confirm your identity. He sends you room code and any other guidance you need.
The hotel is located in the very heart of Nanjing central business district. It’s a very good value for money compared to other more expensive hotels around the area which are about 3 times the price of this hotel.
I recommended two other people to the manager the very next day. I enjoyed my stay there.

The boss was very attentive to making sure everything was in order, room is a bit small but it serves it purpose, good for staying a couple of days, I recommend it!

This is building located right at the city center. The operator was very courtesy in terms getting guests into the apartment. The apartment offers everything needed for a single traveler excepting cooking. Room is clean, bed looks clean but it is old. I chosen the place based on its location and price. It works as a basic accommodation.
