Perfect hotel for 梦之蓝青奥体育馆 events, 10 min walk across a short bridge. Watched 张学友concert on 5/10. 15 min after the event, we are already relaxing in our hotel room. The hotel is very well maintained, must have been renovated within the last few years. Best of all, the service is outstanding. Hotel called me to setup a butler before I even arrived. She setup my room exactly the way I requested, even upgraded my room to a suite at a discount. A front desk manager even provided a small gift for us. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Very nice hotel, good breakfirst, but far from town, staffs are very nice.

The hotel room facilities were really clean and the space was comfortable. The night view from sitting on the couch next to the window was beautiful. I was lucky enough to see fireworks too. It was nice because it was close to the concert hall, and most of all, it was really nice because my artist's goods were sold on the first floor of this hotel. Next time I'll go to Nanjing again, I will definitely book this hotel.

The rooms and hotel itself are gorgeous. Very beautiful and quiet hotel. There is some construction around the hotel right now. Many things are being built but you don’t hear it. The rooms are sound proof. Some of the nicer rooms have a large round bathtub, others have a smaller oval bathtub. Best to tell the hotel which you prefer I think. The breakfast was great, be sure to add it onto your room. The staff was absolutely amazing! Maggie and Barton were incredibly helpful throughout our parties entire trip. They helped us order taxis and locate places for things we needed. I think the amenities are very nice and clean but are an extra charge to use and have some restrictive rules, such as being required to wear a swim cap in the pool. I think this hotel is more for business travelers, the rooms offer great work space and the hotel offers great meeting spaces.

Location- the hotel is located in Pukou district, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It takes roughly 30mins to get to the city center by car which is not bad. Service- all staff that we interacted with were well mannered, courteous, and kind. They speak English and are very accommodating as well. We were warmly greeted at the front desk by Maggie and Barton who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. They were just a text message away at any hour. We got an upgrade to the executive suite which had a big room space and a nice view. The mini bar was stocked but the items were at an additional cost. The hotel boasts quite a few amenities but at an additional cost.

I’ve been to this hotel twice and both times I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and everything was functional. The breakfast was not as western as advertised but still enjoyable because the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

之前在三亞華邑住了10天，覺得親子做的很好，第一次在南京入住，房間很乾凈通透，佈局合理，孩子情緒價值瞬間拉滿。當天我們入住快晚上9點了，禮賓和前台有些鬆懈不太熱情，訂房間有的權益沒有主動安排，第二天去找經理馬上解決態度很好的道歉了，早餐能多些品類就更加完美了。

酒店提前2天就來電詢問入住需求，貼心的給房型做了升級，服務人員態度都非常好，遇到主動打招呼🙋♀️每次來青奧看演唱會，都會選擇入住這裏，彩虹橋五分鐘就走到了場館，非常便捷！這次套餐裏包含的雙人面家套餐味道也蠻不錯的（⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎）

房間可以呀，不要5樓的房間就可以了。這也無所謂。我是沒見過哪個酒店辦入住要拍那麼久的隊。你説前台一個辦理入住的在那和老太太掰扯後面的門開不開，幾點開，走沒走錯路幹什麼。後面隊伍拍的老長了。服務態度沒跑的，耐心詳細，噓寒問暖，可你考慮考慮工種分配啊。服是真心服氣。圖一3點的前台，圖二四點的前台，就問你服不服

看演唱會訂了一晚，寫的是下午兩點入住，實際到快三點才給房間，拖着昏昏欲睡的小朋友完全不知道怎麼辦，大堂經理很積極解決問題，協調了行政房過渡休息，結果就是不敢睡不敢坐，畢竟説20分鐘親子房就好，實際45分鐘後才好，説是客房交接失誤。反正看演唱會很方便，過橋就是，散場時優勢明顯，很快就回到房間休息了。帳篷⛺房小孩很喜歡。
