Referring my relatives to @somersetwestviewnairobi was a first time experience with the franchise. They seem satisfied, happy, and especially impressed with the gym facilities. The staff at reception are extremely helpful and kind. John at the reception was exceptionally welcoming and helpful with check in and throughout the stay. Management made my relative's birthday very special on a whim. The manager Pamela is an efficient, friendly, and action oriented quick to make clients have their needs met person. Audrey, as the guest relations manager will go out of her way to make you feel welcomed and accommodated. May I add, the christmas festivities organized and tree lighting ceremony lit our hearts and lives. It was pure joy and happiness to remind us all why we should be thankful. Stop complaining and always count what worked well in life. Get away from CBD and book yourself a room or fully furnished, stocked, and well maintained apartment...I mean....look at the room and apartment pics!
