Hotel Boulevard Nairobi, City Centre CBD

The food was tight so was the service provided by all the staff. Always there to help with any recommendations for places to visit or explore. The juice given at the beginning during check-in was delicious and made for a great start of our stay at the hotel.

Very nice staff, well mentained, but the bathrooms / old main buolding needs a update. Good security. Very nice back yard/garden, but bring moskito repellent. The area is not the safest, so Uber was a must for us. The pizza was good. The fileet beef was not so tender. The breakfast was a bit uninspiered….the omeletmaking was not up and running before nearly half an hour afther the breakfast was started. Would recomend a Uber for Wasp and sprout and breakfast there insteed. Awsome avokado toast.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights upon a midnight arrival from the US after a nearly 24 hour flight. The pictures of the front do not do this hotel justice. While the rooms are fairly basic, it has everything you’ll need from clean hot water to clean beds, etc. But the real beauty of this place is the outside patio, bar and restaurant. While a buffet seems generally available for any of the 3 meals, one can also order off menu. We had a delicious burger (get the double patty) with HOT fries, an avocado and tomato salad and a couple of pizzas during our various visits. The burger was delicious, salad good albeit lettuce on the warm side, and the pizzas very good which are made fresh onsite in front of your eyes. Wine and hard liquor available at reasonable prices albeit you might have to order a double to get a western size. I had an Excellent Old Fashioned! Okay I had two! Service is mixed not for lack of trying but perhaps lack of staff and the various onslaughts of tour groups coming and going. The garden and patios are also used by locals for celebrations. Clive was our server last night and oh, so fantastic and helpful. So for a trip layover this hotel a winner. Ubers easily available and cheaper than taxis generally. Extra fee for expressway to the airport but do it as it’s only a few bucks more but saves hours!

Great location just on the edge of the city… walking distance to the National Museum (fab 3 hour walk around very interesting exhibits). The staff are so friendly and warm.. so helpful. Winnie is great in customer services and gives great advice… restaurant is very good standard. Good to chill

Fantastic hotel with excellent service! We had a wonderful stay, and every staff member was kind and welcoming, especially Winnie, who went above and beyond. Highly recommend for a memorable experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
