Our recent trip to Dubai, booked through MakeMyTrip, turned out to be an absolute nigh**are. From the get-go, the communication was a mess. Ms. Shwetha K M initially lured us in with promises of discounts, but the payment process was a chaotic ordeal. The package cost fluctuated like a volatile stock market, leaving us perplexed and frustrated. The lack of transparency continued as the trip approached. Nisha Kakkar's sudden de***d for additional payments at the last minute was appalling. Refusal to pay led to radio silence from the team, leaving us stranded with unanswered emails. On the day of our journey, we were handed off to an unknown agency without any prior notice or explanation. Forced to cooperate out of sheer necessity, we faced unexpected charges at the hotel, attributed to the incompetence of MakeMyTrip's arrangements. But the final straw was the absence of the promised transportation on the last day. The local agency, conveniently passing the buck to MakeMyTrip, left us scrambling for a solution. The drop-off service, clearly included in our package, was nowhere to be found. MakeMyTrip's unprofessionalism and inability to ***age even the basics have shattered our trust. We strongly advise steering clear of their services for international travel. It's a shame that such a reputed platform failed miserably in ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Our advice? Seek travel agencies that have a direct and reliable presence in foreign countries. MakeMyTrip is not worth the headache and disappoin**ent. This experience has underscored the need for better accountability and professionalism in the travel industry.

Nice rooms but need to improve staffs whenever require any from outside staffs say no but hotel name is shriguru Its ok samarth bless this hotel nice rooms and but AC service is poor news to improve by hotel

Nice and clean and affordable hotel, silent place to stay with family Hotel is near Chatrapati Sq metro Stn and food court also available nearby Metro Stn need to search not get easily to new person. Only drwaback is this is all residential area silent no Market nearby

Very good room with proper arrangements , staffs are very well ***nered and helpful.Good outdoor area. Breakfast is complimentary here. Excellent room lighting. Staffs are very much alert always. Best staying on its category.

It was nice staying in Hotel. The guy was always available. Food order online and the guy used to pick from delivery guy and used to give us. Bathroom were very clean. Rooms were also very clean. I will always preferTreebo.

Location easily accessible and stay was also comfy and cozy.. service was fine and hospitality standards great in terms of the amenities and required protocols to be followed are concerned .. overall a good stay.. would visit again when im in nagpur next time .. thank u

the hotel was comfy and had a good stay with good service overall. the amenities met my expectations so would recommend for stays .. i had a business trip so stayed overnight and also hygiene and cleanliness were top notch
