They welcomed me nicely to the hotel room, provided with all basic amenities. Ac was working fine. Provided with soap, water, coconut oil additionally.

I booked for five people but they gave only three ghats and only one extra pad When I asked what to do for one more person, they said that I have to pay extra for it, otherwise there is no. When I initially booked, I booked for five people.

The property is at prime location so travel is very convenient. The staff is also very cooperative.

The hotel is in a prime location on the main road. The staff are very courteous, responsive and helpful. We had booked a standard room and did not expect it to be too small and congested. The bed/mattress was also smaller than what you usually see for a double bed. Hardly any place to keep you baggage. Housekeeping can improve. Some of the lights were not working. The bathroom was also very small. Breakfast was just ok. Bath towels, soap, coconut oil, water bottle and kettle was provided in the room. Overall a little expensive for the facility.

Spacious Room Neat and clean Any time food Any time water Rooms including bathroom is very very neat and clean. Affordable food rates Television provided with all language channels. Daily needed items (towels,soaps etc) are provided . Lift facilities. Cctv secured. neat and clean bed and pillows. Very good working AC. Fan and AC provided. Restaurant attached. Excellent customer service Friendly Receptionist. Good location for travelling. Near Collectorate and pothys. Rated: 10*/10*
