My self Club Mahindra Member, but fortunately my booking nit confirmed, but I have decided to stay with my Plan to execute family trip with same Day. But my Family trip became worst when I reached Hotel. Just enter the room, Hotel Room size reduced accordingly plan, I have cleared mentioned about my family stay member with age while booking Rooms, Small size room given with no electricity in room, Reception tell about one thing they have no other rooms available, due to over booked, When I asked the same with Chef about Buffet, chef told not planned due to unavailability of required family Than I have ordered dinner at 07:24 PM, with cleared mentioned about the foods what I have required & Number of person and cutlery required. But I think Person forgot to deliver message to next level I have received my dinner at 09:00 PM with no Food item that I have ordered, no Cutlery and request the same again. The same item delivered on 10:00 PM All food cool off, as I have planned my trip Jan 2025. No proper explanation about the same, everyone just telling Yes sir, but no improvement
