Our hotel room was on the sixth floor where was good looking the drone show of dasara Festival. It was so cool

จองห้อง 2 เตียง มา 10 ห้อง.ต้องการเตียงแยกกัน เพราะไม่ใช่สามี ภรรยา เลยจองแบบเตียง Twin พอมาเช็คอิน ได้ห้อง 1 เตียงใหญ่ทุกห้อง เซ็งมากๆ บอกว่าวันนี้มีงานแต่งงาน ห้องคงจะเต็มแล้วไปเปลี่ยนยกชั้นให้คนมางานแต่ง เลยไม่เก็บห้องแบบ 2 เตียงไว้ให้เรา ทั้งๆ ที่เราจ่ายเงินมาแล้ว

룸과 주변 시설물 모두 청결합니다. 침대 시트 상태도 만족스러웠고 주변이 잘 정돈되어 편안함을 주었습니다. 직원분들 서비스도 친절하였고 불편함이 없었습니다. 계획했던 금액보다 조금 높았지만 가격대비 시설이 좋아서 만족스러웠습니다.

Food was really tasty with good faculty specifically Anan and Jeet chefs food was really great to have. Each and every dish was good to taste awesome place and we highly recommend it for other to visit with there families was vacations. Thanks team for making our day end with happy food

Awesome food wonderfully maintained hotel . Excellent Service. Only issue faced is charging of Service Charges on every bill which is not fair as we ordered Tea and thereafter dinner for room. For both service charges were levied. Although after raising concern, restaurant made up by giving us two complementary drinks, which was excellent and warmth gesture. Rating on 4.5 on the scale of 5.

Hotel location, and its ambience is Very Nice. Worth to stay here with family and friends. Foods and restaurant ambience is also Very good. Especially dinner was awesome. We met Chef Anjan Chakraborty and appreciate.

The food in very tasty and the buffet is the best. Chef Anjan has been one of the best skilled chefs so far. Can't expect anything more from the offerings. If you are deciding to come as a couple or family the staff is good too.

This hotel is in a good location. Rooms were clean and tidy with plenty of hot water. Our problem with a kettle not working was rectified quickly. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious

The stay at Regenta Central Herald was excellent. The service and hospitality by the staff was amazing. The food prepared by Chef Anjan and the team was outstanding. So many varieties and options for breakfast and lunch.

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Chef Anjan Chakravarty made special efforts to make bread omlette for us on request and it was very delicious. Overall I recommend this place. Had a very nice relaxed Sunday Breakfast.
