Great location, clean facilities, family friendly, exclusive breakfast, friendly and helpful hotel staff, great rooms, and many more. They even upgraded our room as a gesture. Every year, when we come to the Island Crossing Ultra Trail, we plan to stay at this hotel. Highly recommend it.

A nice new hotel with big comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. Hardly anybody speaks English which is not a very big deal these days. Shopping mall with varIous restaurants next door. In the hotel they advertise, you have a free sauna pass, but the sauna is not operational :-) Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay here for one whole week.

This hotel is fairly new and services are excellent啊. The location is superium, walking distance to shopping centre and park.

The hotel is new and clean. The room was very spacious and the breakfast was great. The executive lounge has a lovely atmosphere however the drinks selection was minimal.

This is a very new and clean hotel, with excellent service. Especially the breakfast buffet was delicious and the crew was very attentive, even delivering a special menu specifically for us!

計劃來舟山親子游，選了近大半個月的酒店，最終選中環球，很驚喜的感覺，旅行途中遇到一家不錯的酒店真的是很幸運。住的舒服睡眠質量高，心情好，玩的也會很開心。這家酒店是管家式服務的，服務很好，而且我在來的途中管家就電話我説給我升級了房型，真的是很開心呢！舟山還會再來，環球還會再住！

很開心這次選擇環球酒店開啟自己的舟山之旅，大廳的巨大兔子女兒超級喜歡，管家親切熱情，一樓小吧枱的姐姐美麗温柔調酒好，負一層的泳池工作人員負責認真還幫**作洗衣，三樓的早餐新鮮品類多海鮮麪很好吃，房間乾淨整潔面積大裝修符合年輕人的審美，對比之前住過的五星級酒店，環球真的便宜好住一點也不輸，總之下次有機會來舟山我還會入住環球酒店，希望你們越做越好！——來自一個從不屑於評價的消費者的心聲，寫出來衹希望更多的人能看到這家酒店！
