Once in Mykonos - Designed for Adults

The staff was incredible!!! I have never had such an attentive and kind staff at a hotel before. The bartenders, receptionists, greeting crew, house keepers, managers, serving staff, and chefs were absolutely amazing. We made personal connections with each the staff members because of their hospitality. Couldn’t ask for a better stay!!!! Specific shoutout to Gregory and Johnis … we love you and will miss you. You two are incredible and MADE for this industry! Thank you for everything XX

Perched on the hillside overlooking Ornos Beach and the Aegean Sea, the panoramic views from each corner of this hotel is simply outstanding. The food at the Infinity restaurant was excellent - heavily influenced by Greek cuisine yet elevated with new techniques and beautifully presented. The portions were very generous and it was so comforting to have authentic Greek dishes that were so full of flavour. I'm still dreaming about the kebabs, truffle butter, flatbread, lamb chops and meatballs! The breakfast spread was also wonderful - I was spoilt for choice. My room was spotless with a large lounging area, grand high ceilings and the most comfortable bed ever - I highly recommend adding an extra day to your trip to just lay in bed! The infinity pool is gorgeous, studded with olive trees and floats, of course, with exceptional views. The star of the show - the staff. They were so notably warm and personable and you could tell that they were passionate about hospitality. I felt that I'd gotten to know them in such a short space of time and I loved that they were allowed to freely interact and have conversations and banter, beyond small talk. They were very knowledgeable about the hotel, the island and Greece as a whole, yet it didn't feel forced or performative at all, which I believe makes such a huge difference because as guests, we can easily tell when things are overly orchestrated.  The General Manager Myrto was particularly bubbly and hands-on - her joy was so infectious! The whole team felt like a family, with arms open, ready to welcome all.

Hello. We was travelling from UK. Hotel is here pleasantly renovated. All areas are very clean and tidy. Staff is super helpful and nice. We felt like they are our old friends. We didn’t have any issues at all while staying. Food is lovely and gorgeous view on the Ornos marina. Stunning views. We loved it. Transfers very quickly organised if you wanna go to the centre. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fabulous stay at Mykonos the staff was lovely especially Gregory. Very clean rooms and all public areas! Breakfast was delicious! Highly recommended! Reception staff was very helpful!! Cocktails were delicious too We had a great holiday!!

This is an absolute gem. Great swimming pool to cool off in the heart of the day. Staffs are all friendly and undoubtedly bend over backwards for us throughout our stay. A big shout out to Marios -the-handsome-chef, Marios- the -table attendant and other staffs at breakfast hours, the breakfast buffet each morning was simply divine, a delightful feast to kick-start our days. The cleaning staffs work super hard to keep the rooms beautiful ,clean and smell absolutely gorgeous everytime we were out and back. Yiannis , Gregg, Apostolos , George- our-buggy-man and the rest of the staffs: I cant thank you enough for looking after us so well. You guys have made our holiday EXTRA SPECIAL! Ps: Beautiful Ornos Beach is just a walking distance away. Absolutely stunning surrounding. Whata beautiful location! We loved every single minutes here at the hotel.

The staff was so friendly and nice, they look after us,make us feel so relaxed and comfy. The view of room and infinity swimming pool is perfect and beautiful. Gregg go extra miles to make our holiday memorising and so nice. Highly recommend to come here for when visiting Greece .

This hotel is absolutely amazing. We are still currently here and I couldn’t wait any longer to leave my review because it has been perfection. The staff are phenomenal. They cannot do enough for you, so kind and so helpful! They are the best staff I have ever experienced in any hotel I’ve ever been to. They make the experience so easy and enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful! The room is outstanding, the food is gorgeous. They have a buggy that takes you up and down the hill that the hotel sits on which is great. If I could give six stars I would! Fantastic.

This is not ONCE IN MYKONOS we definitely return again to this amazing hotel! Fantastic service, a warm welcome, everyone is there for you and nothing is too much. Here you experience the great greek hospitality. The hotel is new, incredibly clean, beautiful rooms, amazing views and for us a great location in the beautiful bay of Ornos, just a few kilometers from Mykonos town. Highly recommended! Thanks thanks to all the staf, you guys are great!

Having booked in January without realising the hotel wasn’t finished, I feared the worst based on some of the below reviews. In fact our stay was fantastic. For sure it’s a new hotel, only open one month, so the staff are still settling in, but the fact is they are so friendly and keen to help, that I’ve no doubt the team will have this place running like clockwork very quickly. The pool area, drinks, food and room were all great. Certainly the resort is high on a hill with plenty of steps (that’s what makes the views so special), but there are golf carts to transport you from top to bottom, so really not a problem. The prices are what I’d expect of Mykonos, so no complaints there either. Special thanks to the lady on reception (dark curly hair, sorry I’ve forgotten your name) who was always cheerful and welcoming and at one point when posed an issue said the words that every guest hopes to hear “sir, leave it with me, it’s not your problem to worry about, it’s mine”. I hope this new resort goes on to be a great success. The only thing I’d add is that the hotel should add a vehicle or 2 of their own so they don’t have to rely on outsourcing travel.
