+ Clientelle was super nice and helpfull, airco works really well, very close to a supermarket, large swimming pool, tv in the room, rooms get cleaned every morning, mini refrigerator in the room, good breakfast. - Alot of noise in the corridors because of young people, no shower curtain, wifi doesn’t work at all, broken sunbeds Still a nice hotel!

Points négatifs : -L’hôtel est infesté de jeunes gens uniquement à Mykonos pour faire la fête. Vous avez toute la nuit des cris, des rires, des portes qui claquent. Impossible de dormir. La propriétaire est intervenue pour assurer le calme mais sans succès. -Les lits sont inconfortables. -Les chambres minuscules. -Douche minuscule sans paroi vitrée, la salle de bain est donc immanquablement inondée. -Le wifi ne fonctionne pas. Points positifs: + Petit-déjeuner servi à table, suffisamment copieux et varié. + Grande piscine. + Personnel sympathique et serviable.

Ho alloggiato al Marianna Hotel per 3 notti. Nonostante la camera fosse un po’ piccola abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana splendido. Il personale, nonché la proprietà, è stato cordiale e disponibile, hanno risolto qualsiasi problema e aiutato noi per rendere la nostra permanenza indimenticabile. L’hotel è arredato secondo il tipico stile greco, molto carino. È posizionato in un ottimo punto, dista 5 minuti dal centro e a 10 minuti da alcuni dei lidi più conosciuti dell’isola. In fine, a piedi potete raggiungere due rent, il Market e tanti piccoli ristoranti tipici.

Pessimo, ho soggiornato qui con la mia amica,partiamo dal fatto che il nostro aereo era in ritardo ed al nostro arrivo la reception stava chiudendo e sia state accolte malissimo quasi colpevoli del ritardo aereo, camera sporca al piano terra, abbiamo chiesto un cambio stanza in quanto non eravamo tranquille e sicure in quanto donne al piano terra e siamo state prese in giro per la richiesta che non è stata assolutamente evasa, il Wi-Fi inesistente e leggete bene, se ad agosto volete l’aria condizionata dovete aggiungere 80€ al pacchetto perché non è compresa (nel 2022) assurdo. Abbiamo chiesto due asciugamani per la piscina ed abbiamo ricevuto due stracci rotti ! Assolutamente bocciato neanche al limite della decenza

Il titolo descrive letteralmente la struttura. Manutenzione zero... Avrebbe tante potenzialità x posizione e gentilezza dei gestori, ma le camere sono dei residuati bellici anni '40, dove qualsiasi cosa che tocchi te la ritrovi in mano, oppure semplicemente non funziona!! Da evitare assolutamente.

Hôtel difficile à trouver et aucune aide de la part de l’hôte malgré plusieurs appels. Lors d’un problème d’électricité et d’eau (coupure générale), nous avons voulu demander des renseignements par rapport à la situation à l’hôte mais celle-ci nous a raccroché au nez 3x au téléphone, en nous insultant en grec. La piscine contient des déchets (insectes, plastiques, …) et aussi vous ressortirez les pieds bleus à cause de la peinture de la piscine. L’hôte fume au sein de l’hôtel (cuisine, hall, salle à manger) sans se préoccuper des clients. Nous avons voulu nous faire rembourser nos futures nuits pour changer d’hôtel, mais l’hôte nous a refuser le remboursement et nous a délégué à quelqu’un d’autre, car ne se préoccupe pas de ses clients. Malgré tous ces désagréments, il n’y a eu aucune excuse de la part de l’hôte. Lits super durs. Seul point positif, le nettoyage est parfait ! Si les clients sont rois, ce ne sera pas chez Marianna !!! A fuir !!!
