My husband and I were super excited to stay here after reading great reviews. Unfortunately, we can’t say the same. The restaurant was bad, had to have my meal comped (twice) because of how incorrect my order was. Our room has up to 5 issues (fan not working, lights broken, door broken, leaking shower, and poor wifi to name a few). We’ve talked to several other guests during our stay that also claimed they requested refunds and comps because of their poor experience. Not sure if they’re just unprepared to open or if this is regular. Regardless, I would not recommend this place (especially for the price!!!). I’ve gotten better service from a 3 star hotel. We will not be coming back. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the staff was very kind and apologetic. Unfortunately, it seems like they’ve had to deal with a lot of wrongs recently.
